The speed on that bench is crazy
true, but it was touch and go, not paused (to be clear i have nothing against him he's still like 2.5 times stronger than me lol)
the attempt was touch and go, but man, who cares? I'm maybe 10lbs weaker, with a short pause. this weight was still ridiculous easy for him 😳
@@Weighthunter You can bench 600+? 🤔 Any vids for proof?
My Lord he's brutally strong. Squatting around 1000, easy 635 bench, and grip and rip 910 lbs? I believe him, lol. That's 2545 lbs right there, and none of those lifts looked maximal.
Even tho they weren’t maximal, none of the lifts would count in comp so he’s def got a little ways before breaking the record
@@emersonvlog8902 you're right, but you have to admit the lifts looked pretty easy, if he gets those in a comp soon or ever higher hes a contender for the record
@@emersonvlog8902 holy shit you just said a whole lot of nothing!
@@reidking5669 and you just didnt?
@@emersonvlog8902 what's your maxes
"a bit questionable"
bench and DL is insane tough
Looks like a normal easy touch and go. Doesn’t look questionable unless you are in a meet.
@@tdane5017 the squat was questionable
@@hellowill it was obviously a little high, but it was just a gym squat. I don’t think he was trying to pass it off as being a meet Legit squat.
@@tdane5017if his max at 1015 at that depth then what’s it at a meet, 950? These lifts show he’s strong as shit but don’t give us any idea what his maxes are.
@@shaqitup We don’t know if this is his max or not. These are just training lifts. I have missed a squat due to poor depth and went up 50# on my next lift and got it.
The control he had with that bench press is mental. He touched his chest, but the bar didn't indent his chest or even his shirt. Humans are wild.
Eh I dare say compared to other animals we're pretty frail and weak 😅
@@Jakamakala did you know we are the most durable species in the wild? we arent the pure strongest definitely, but our body is amazing. We can actually outrun a horse on an endurance run
@@jajano64685000 years ago the average man probably could, not today however
@@MP-Frankie dosnt change the fact that the human body is capable of it. all it takes is dedicated training, the average population should never dictate the standard in a sport or feat of athleticism.
@@sw-gz9ps true but there has to be a point between the average person and athlete level endurance where the primitive human lies as I feel that a primitive man would simply not be capable of the feats of an athlete due to not only physical but environmental factors
"A bit questionable", dude, that squat would be high even for multiply standards
Crazy deadlift and bench though
I love the confidence of that spotter in the squat clip. If the farmer fails the squat, the guy behind him can do precisely zero about it. All he is accomplishing is putting an additional person in danger by being there.
Depends how he fails. If he just needs a little extra to get out of the hole then spotter is likely enough. Not like he went to depth
There are straps there to catch the bar should he drop it. The spotter isn’t in danger of anything so long as he knows to step away.
@@JosephQPublic You're right about the straps, but think about what you said. If he has to step away in case of a fail, then what is he doing there in the first place? Kind of my point.
@@PlasmaFuzer to spot,
No, the guy behind is doing a set of curls straight after 😄
His squat depth is never questionable. It's always a half squat. Guaranteed.
He's farming gains, he's cultivating mass, he's herding records.
He's reaping what he sowed and harvesting his potential.
Shout out to Weird Al with the sumo pull at the end
He's a Man of Many talents!
Weird Al is strong af !
That squat is ridiculous, he is 1 mile above parallel
lmao
When your least impressive lift is still over 900 pounds.......
His squat is higher than the range of Robert Halford in painkiller. He could double 635lbs on bench and his deadlift is very impressive. Excited to see what's gonna happen.
Yes, his squat isn't even close. Just past a 1/2 squat.
Dude is obviously insanely strong, but none of these lifts are even close to competition standard. Squat was miles high, bench was TnG and deadlift wasn’t locked out. I hope he cleans this up for his next comp.
Farmer Strong
BS! This dude is on roids and is training for decades, this has NOTHING to do with his job....
@@blablamann2973 most farmers I know squat 900 for reps and that's after begging them to come to they gym
@@mwood3658 😆
a bit questionable he says
Still really impressive tho
@@meneerkaas8434 very impressive for sure!
Half squat at best
I am sure he is crazy strong, but those trys you chose to show here are all 3x red at an event.
squat: depth (as you said)
bench: touch and go with no rest the bar on the chest
deadlift: no lock out with the shoulders
I really have no idea about the rule set in the non IPF leagues, but as an IPF certified judge non of those have been a valid try.
and yes, I know, those have been training lifts, therefore I said, "the chosen lifts which have been shown here"....
🤓☝️
Nobody gonna talk about that mile high squat? He’s going to lose 100 pounds when he adds in the hardest half of the lift.
He’s still absurdly strong though
@@buttslamify really? In my experience that depth gives me an extra ~20%
@@bigspice4419 Is that in wraps?
The height is not "pushing" it. That's a quarter squat if that.
No complaints about the bench, although it was touch and go it looked solid.
Deadlift looked the best although it almost looked like a stiff legged deadlift, which if anything it makes it even more impressive.
@@MajingoPower that's way more than a quarter squat lmao, definitely above parallel and certainly not comp depth but in no world is that only 25% of full range of motion
@@cholt9876 no sleeveless
Well thats enlighting to see all kind of strength professors and teachers come together and hating on him. Too bad you all wont acieve anything in life if you keep hating on others.
The man is a Warrior
Funny seing weird al yankovic on subscriber highlight, well done.
Drooling over the plates on the subscriber highlight, what a lovely gym
Man that farmers streanth is real if y’all don’t believe he’s that strong off of just farm strength alone just look at Cleve dean
One of the top powerlifters in the world yet he barely competes.
“Questionable” depth on the squat? HAHA! That was a quarter-squat.
And as others have noted, there was no pause on the bench and no lockout on the deadlift. He’s very strong, but he’s a long ways from setting any legitimate records.
Now that is one big, corn fed boy.
Bro took farmboy strong literally.
The 635 looked like he had more in the tank. Hope he stays injury free and gets the record.
What do we have to do to be in your highlights?
Only 3 guys i think that squatted a grand raw and pull 900 raw. Guy from Australia did it, dan bell, and maybe one more guy? And now him. Squat was high but moved easy looking forward to his next comp
Jesus olivares
Dylan hellreigel is the australian dude
wraps and sleeves hit a lot different. Jesus Olivares did his in sleeves to depth. He also did his squat and deadlift on the same day in a meet. That hits a bit different too. Dan Bell, Andrew Hause and Dylan Hellreigel also did the 1000/900 in a meet, but in wraps. Bell also did the 1100/900 on the same day with a 600 bench. In-fucking-sane.
Good Lord, He's Strong
Steve bake is a monster did a 1000 pound squat in our ghost mono at Eaton barbell
the speed on all 3 lifts is scary
subscriber highlight is wholesome. good job buddy
What a guy, unbelievably strong!
He's good for 1120Kg (440 + 285 + 395) on a great day.
That's still 60+Kg away from the record. And this guy hasn't gotten stronger significantly in years.
So no, he's not coming for the record anytime soon, or ever.
He'll probably get it, but that deadlift and squat ROM is not complete. Anyhow, he's an insanely strong mf!
He’s not breaking the record any time soon. The squat was high as astronaut titties, bench was touch and go, deadlift lockout was soft as hell
he made them all look easy, ill screenshot this just in case he does something even more amazing
Cope harder.
@@jamiep4674 man this nigga hating like crazy and cant even lift a quarter of what this dude did
Man I wish I was a born Farmer.
I reckon it’s from liftin all them sacks of grain
That mixed grip with bend elbow is a bicep tear waiting to happen. Also, the bench press without the side holders in case he tear a pec to no crush his rib cage and dies just screams stupidity.
My man sippin' on that haterade.
what the actual fuck was that deadlift LOL, insane.
18! Wow
He did 635 at rpe 3- like he had a few reps left…..
Yeah definitely seemed like he had a triple there. His bench is gonna be crazy
0:20 how does this spotter help in any way? isn't it even dangerous when he's standing behind him?
I think the way he moved 635 on bench he could have the ability to bench way over 700lbs it could be possible
Holy half rep squat
He carry his cows on his back everyday
Insane gym total. But hitting these numbers on the platform is a different beast. Strong AF nonetheless.
I'm so hyped for his next meet 👍👍👍👍🤘
Absolutely bonkers strong
An absolute machine of a human
Weird Al Yankovic deadlifting at the end of the video.
That's not Alexis, that's Weird Al Yankovic.
No juice here ! Only potatoes and raw meat !
Where does he get this info from
He is obviously a really really strong guy, but that depth on the squat was ass
What on earth was that spotter going to do if he failed that squat
Good job Alexis.
Him being a farmer has nothing to do with his lifts and that level of strength. That level of strength is achieved only by doing horse doses of anabolics. I'm not hating though, he is insanely strong regardless!
probably, how ever the dude looks 6'6 and 350+ lb's so i wouldnt discount those lifts are natty. the squat depth was pretty high and the bench would be about on par for his bodyweight
@@ginjaedgy49 My healthy logic implies that no matter how strong or genetically gifted you are, if you want to be close to a world record in any kind of strength category you need to bridge a tremendous gap by doing whatever it takes on hormonal level because all strength records are held by people who were like "ok im going all in and taking everything to see what happens".
You just ain't gonna be born with godgiven supersaiyan genetics from xy place where air is not polluted and people work backbreaking jobs for generations and outlift Hafthor Bjornson or Larry Wheels who are also very gifted and are very open about their anabolic consumption.
Farmer strength is 100% real though
Understatement of the year , "depth was a bit questionable".
I'm gonna switch to being a farmer and become strong.
Alexis is a unit!
Them milk cans must be heavy...
So strong 👍
Moving some crazy weight for sure, but his numbers are gonna go down a fair bit if he was thrown into an IPF competition I'm afraid.
Both the squat and bench would have got red lighted.
Why the bench? The depth on the squat is obvious, but I missed the bench issue.
@@rumblerumble2276 didn't Pause.
@@popcornto6032 good catch. I missed that.
@@rumblerumble2276 you don't touch and go in competition. wait for judge to say press is usually 1 second pause.
that bench looked easy
Thor have another competitor 😂
Good job
The depth was not questionable
For powerlifting it is. Rules state that hip crease must be below the knee level for a rep to count.
That bench speed was actually fucking insane.
Fuck he's strong lol
depth was a bit questionable hahahhahahhaahha i think my dating life has more depth than his squat
farmer strong..
Crazy strong but that squat wouldn't count in any competition.
You can only get this strong by doing hard labor.
What kind of farmer is he .
depth a "bit" questionable hahahah
A bit questionable? Bruh, depth is high AF. No way he could squat that to depth in comp. Bench and dead is legit but squat? Eh.
Questionable depth 🤨 4 inches high 😂
Hmmmmmm, strong asf no question. But I didnt saw a single countable rep in the whole video. Squats too high, benchpress no pause, dealift rounded shoulders at lockout. Sorry, not impressed.
weakest hard working farmer:
squat no good
Bro stealing the cows stuff
👋🏻
FIRST!
Not a hater, but that squat was about 734 miles from depth and the bench was not comp standard, although it moved well. Hella impressive deadlift though, with comp standard 💪💪
Squat depth is a joke but bench is insane
Leave some tren for the cows
Can he not lockout?
Why is his job as a farmer important? This has NOTHING to do with his lifts. This man is training for years and years to achieve this and is not an "ordinary" farmer. Its the same BS with this dude who is called a "nurse". You dont earn much as a powerlifter, even as an elite athlete, so many people have normal jobs. And no farmers are not super strong and can achieve these lifts without decades of training and roids....
