There isn’t a world where them shits are affordable. Here on the northern east coast USED they start around 30 after everything is said and done dealer will run you around 35 for a used civic.
Depends on the dealer. I got my ‘25 at msrp without the dealer trying to add on any packages or warranties. Just call around and don’t work with the shitty ones
Fog lights, heated seats, led turn signals on side mirrors, shift lights like the type r, heated steering wheel. All things Americans don’t get. We even got heated rear seats, wireless phone charger and rear chargers too
Appreciate the video, but this car is exclusively available to magazine reviewers and UA-cam personalities. Might be a decent car if it wasn't tarnished by the unhinged Honda dealer markups ($5k to $10k in California). Don't bother. These videos are a waste of time until Honda actually produces these in volume and/or cleans up their dealer network.
@@olivarrio Southern California is a very tight market for the Honda Civic. Popular variants, like the Si, continue to draw markups. It is true that in August/September of 2024 I was unable to find an Si "on a lot" near San Diego or South LA. All dealers I spoke to wanted me to commit to a markup to "hold" an Si when available (almost all are sold before they arrive). One dealer in Lemon Grove, initially wanted me to commit to a $5k markup + a $4k service contract (they quickly backed down on the service contract). Most dealers wouldn't discuss how much markup until I was on-site. I bought an Acura Integra A-Spec 6MT - these are sitting on dealer lots in SoCal, and can often be found under MSRP. I like the Acura, and it was only a few thousand more when accounting for the markup/discount. Be patient - the market is quickly changing. Other regions may have a surplus of Si's - this could be a SoCal thing.
Listen I’m all for affordable sports cars and sedans. But nowadays, these Japanese Sports Cars are not worth it (Value ≠ Money). It makes way way way wayyyyy more sense to buy a used older sports car, or (if you wanna stay brand new), go german (I have an 03 EP3 Si)
99-00 Best Civic Si ever.
What a well made video. Great intro
SI is a strong buy until those dealers get a hold on one.
Great video brother so well put together!
Got one for msrp really fun car!
Im glad I kept my 2015 Civic Si Coupe
It comes with no spare tire, at least in the area where I live. Instead, they give you a "can with compressed air".
I've been driving for damn near 25 years... without ever using a spare tire. And you can get a can of "fix a flat".
Was the spare a dealer option? I've been seeing them without standard
Can’t go wrong with a Si
I wish this is available in the ASEAN market
I got a 2025 for 32k plus tax it a nice little car 🔥

Yeah true. Ended up buying a wrx for less than an SI
Is that a 2025 with fog lights? I’m confused and is that the new bumper? I noticed it was a 2025 because of the shift lights .
2024 has all that and even more if you buy in Canada

So sad that this can’t be buy in France….

But great video, very informative
German cars depreciate so much. Buying new is a terrible idea lmao
German gonna cost more yearly no? Audi brakes alone like 1k a year.
Not for $40k
