Those are great moves. After you train your body then you no longer have to think about them, or else your golf swing would be tied in a knot!

I agree. eventually, it should feel as natural as throwing a ball or swinging a bat. We don't think about anything technical when doing those things.

Thanks for the support. I listened to the video before it was put up on UA-cam and you're right. The audio is terrible. I did it again and the new one is up now. I'm leaving this one just in case some of my students have already copied the link.
