This is an answer to prayer!! I have been through 10 surgeries on my R knee, including a bad TKR, bone infection, bone rejection of implant, etc., etc.... It has been very had to find a workout that I am capable of doing, except swimming and a pool is too far away. Then I discovered HASfit and I am finally feeling stronger again. Thank you for your hard work and diligence to keep people fit!! Keep it up!!!

I didn't think I would ever be able to lose the weight that I gained during that time but these videos are doable for me and I see a lot of great things happening because of them!
Hey, just started this today. I had done the 40 min and It was about 10 minutes to long so I came here and felt very hard but I accomplished it. I am 52 and have fibromyalgia so I had started with your seated and got through that one with no days off ,so just wanted you to know, its cool to check out all if these, to find the right one for yourself. It takes me some time to get passed the soreness with no ATP, but I am pushing through it with nutrition and these videos. Thanks so much for these.
Great work out for me. 69 years old recovered from major shoulder surgery and "working my way back." Flexibility to use weights or set them down based on stress makes this perfect for me. I'm also noticing better hip flexibility in my golf game. Keep up the great videos and thanks so much!

I like this one so far, it's great that you guys have a lot of options that don't require any equipment. I travel a lot so it's hard to find good workouts you can do in a hotel room. I may have to start alternating this and the resistance bands, which are nice as they can easily be thrown into my suitcase. Now to just keep on it and not slack off like I tend to.
A really good variety of exercises and challenging even for a low impact workout. Really enjoyed that and feeling the endorphins running through me now!

Joshua and Claudia, THANK YOU so much for this service. I've a question: do I need to wait until all the soreness from the previous workout is gone before continuing working out, or is it OK to exercise with some muscle soreness?
It is ok to exercise with some soreness as long as it's not accompanied by any pain. A rest day that includes some stretching, foam rolling will work wonders for soreness.
Thank you so much for responding, I needed this info!!! I'll look up what foam rolling is! I'm only two weeks in, but I already feel the craving for more exercise, and my posture seems better. My stomach is flatter, even though I don't actually try to focus on it, it just seems that it has a lot of water and your workouts help to get rid of it. I hope good karma finds your way to you for your generosity, and I'll be sure to donate when I'm able to. I'm also thinking of ways I can be of help to more people than just those who come in direct contact with me in my profession, you're a great example of that.

I'm totally new to exercises and I try to catch along but my major problem is that i probably don't breathe right and not sure either how to do it. Do u have a video that explain the breathing part ? Sorry for being a such newbie but hopefully better late than never and get better health.
