Night photography without fully manual control isn't really possible, not on film. The completely variable reciprocity failure rate of different film stocks alone renders your camera's automatic modes useless. Two different films that are rated 200 ISO might need completely different exposure times for reach an identical exposure, despite using the same aperture. One of them might need 4 seconds while the other needs 8, even though everything else is identical. Always meter for the shadows by hand and then look up your film in a reciprocity database. There are apps that do that
Great photos. I love how you aren't afraid to heavily edit colors and everything despite using film. The puritanism of some people makes no sense to me. Very unfortunate to see that this channel looks to be dead!
The 80s are the best. My decade. Unfortunately the 80s startet with Margaret Thatcher an Ronald Reagan. Both made politics only for rich people and shareholders. Because of that, there were many demonstrations in the 80s.

In Europe we don't have much of this neon light advertising signs, that enables such great colored shots.
We have to warm up a little with our first shots before we get calm, creative and feel the vibe of the scenes.
