- Ekwang is a Cameroonian meal coming from the southwest region of Cameroon but eating all over the national territory of Cameroon in particular and the world at large. The Nigerians called it Ekpang Nkukwo.this food is so unique and super delicious, but it time constraints and the outcome is worthy. Cocoyam and cocoyam leaves are the main ingredients for this dish....thanks
