I know usually you do both sides, but what if 1 side is horribly imbalanced from side to side? One side is too elongated/weak and the other is too compressed from tightness, probably fascia from bring that way for such a long time. The longer side wouldn’t need more stretching but strengthening?
I was sitting at a phone bed so you're sunk in on one side very easily then twisting and lifting only to one side at our favorite mail order retailer which makes other people shop for them for their kitty litter and 24 packs of sports drinks and it's usually women lifting them
