Congrats on this stunner! Great collection of Tudors also. I got the anthracite in 36mm last year and it is my favorite watch ever since. I love everything about it 🙌
I have been to that Little Treasury Jewelers many times! I really like the look of the Tudor and am looking to add this to my collection. Thanks for the video!
I agree with your appreciation for that watch. I own the BB36 champagne and also believe it is the perfect watch. If ever there was an exit watch, I believe I have found it.
I tried on the Anthracite one a few months back and can't get it out of my mind. It was the 41 and felt a little big but still looked great. They didn't have any 39's to try at the time. Great watch. Congratulations.
Came to an AD and tried the Black Bay 41 Ceramic, but walked out even more interested in the BB 39 champagne after trying it on. Searched it on UA-cam and really enjoyed your video. I agree with your point of view, and it makes me want to take the shot and buy it as my first expensive watch purchase from a physical store, and maybe in the further make my way to its bigger brother for a Bruce Wayne GMT. Thank you !
Good to see a Marylander doing reviews. I frequent Little Treasury much more than I should. Would you recommend Lekon(I can’t remember how to spell the rest)? Been eyeing up this model. Also, I’ve got a Tudor BB GMT (Pepsi) as well as a Tudor Chronograph - would this bracelet (assuming I got the 41mm/22mm lug width) work with either one of those?
I have this timepiece with the diamond markers. I call it the Bollinger dial. Close to the color of Bolinger Champagne 🍾 (I’m the first to call it that 😂)
Thanks for the great review. I tried on the Blue 39 a few days ago at the Tudor boutique in Glendale. I initially went the Rolex side to show my face/interest 😂😂 and worked my way into the Tudor store. Such a stunning watch, looks and feels great. I was so taken by the watch that I wanted to buy it right there and then realized it doesn’t have a date…??? I can’t believe they would make such a great watch with no date option. I think after this first release that in the next year or two, it will come out with a date option. What are your thoughts?
The Bb36 has existed for a while without a date. I always thought of it as Tudor's answer to the Rolex Explorer, but I guess you can argue that the Ranger plays that role now. But the jubilee bracelet signals it's moving dressier IMO, so I could see this happening and seeing them increase the flashiness and position this as a DJ alternative
Thanks for the review. I'm considering the 36mm version. Just wondering, if you don't mind my asking, what kind of timekeeping accuracy are you getting with yours?
I like Tudor but I’d not compare it to. Datejust. It’s got no date and the it has what would be the most unpopular configuration of datejusts being smooth bezal and jubilee. Oyster and flutes, oyster and smooth or jubilee fluted.
I also have a 7.25 inch wrist, so appreciated the different models you went through, thank you
Never liked Tudor that much until I bought my first bb in light champagne. Amazing looking watch

I bought a blue one a month ago. It’s a great watch. Thank you for the video.
Still one of my favorites even though I bought months ago.

I had the same thought about it being a potential one watch to rule them all kind of watch. I could never only have only one though.
it's gorgeous, you've got me thinking about picking one up. congrats on almost 2k!
Thank you!

I love the 39. It’s a really good size for this watch.
I have the 39 anthracite, it’s fantastic.

The 39 is really great. It’s still in my weekly rotation.

Beautiful Watch collection…looks awesome that dial
Love this watch.
Great video and nice collection. I am a Tudor fan myself. 👍
Thanks for watching!
You just sold me on this one sir! Gonna get a 36MM. Question now is which version (I'd go for either the blue or the black and gold two tone).
I guess it depends on your taste. Personally, I would wear a full steel watch way more but I dress really casually.
I have the 41 in this color. It's beautiful

Totally agree. I just got the black with the gilt dial. Love it
Just subscribed!
Thank you!
Do you think the diamond indexes variant is better or this lume indexes as shown in the video is good enough already?
I think it’s all personal preference. I’m not a fan of diamonds on watches but to each their own.
Thanks for the great review.

It’s at about +3 seconds a day.
Is it like the Tissot Gentleman on wrist? Bc idk if i want the 36 or the 39 version. I own the Tissot Gentleman and the size ist perfect for me.
It’s similar. I tried it on once but the Tudor wears better.
I can live without a datejust…😂 i love that simplicity …
I have the pre facelift tudor black bay 36. The new jubilee bracelet can be fit on the older version ?
I couldn’t say for sure TBH.
Can you please answer me one question?
Is crown wobbly when unscrewed in 2nd position?
It is. Never noticed that. Pretty common though.
@@TheTimekeeper Thank you!
I know what Santa Claus is brining this Christmas.
Great video! What color would you say the dial is? Is it more yellow or silver?
It’s like a warm silver color.
@@TheTimekeeper Thanks for replying, just subbed! Does the dial color change alot depending on the lighting (inside/outside and low/ bright)?
Yes it does.sometimes its white gold. Other times champagne or silver
Is this dial too close to Silver datejust dial? Looks too similar?
This color is warmer.

I've just got a 41 blue , my favourite watch....quality
It really is a high quality piece.
That 54 looked better on you than the Peligos
Wrist size ? 😬
36mm
Who needs a datejust? What date is it?
Check your phone.
@@TheTimekeeper kinda can be said about all wrist watches in general at that point haha
If it was a date model you would be right.
100m WR is good for snorkeling AT BEST ! It does not mean you can actually go 100m deep.
Ain’t nobody wearing these diving 100 m anyway
What was that.. tudor style?! That looks like a cheap DJ from calvin klein or something.. i cant believe that was actually sold..
I think this is a great watch but Date just bezel overkill this for me.
