    Good job, happy memories to keep making in her new little play house. What a lucky little girl. Wondering the cost on a project like that?

    • @imDanielWood
      @imDanielWood 8 років тому

      It tells you the total cost at 12:54. It cost a total of $1100.

      It's largely dependent on local wood costs.

    With lumber prices in 2021, you'd need a 2nd mortgage to build this thing.

    Looks fantastic... but for $1100 its a bit a ridiculous. I could buy a full sized shed and modify it for less than that.

    Good video for some idea's, wish it had a little more content such as height of walls, or flooring, etc.. And yes for $1100 that's expensive but I guess you don't have to put in Pella double pane windows either, lol!!

    Hey fellas, just a small remark, before he decides to sell it, you might want to look at Heyzmar's plans, even though it's not complete, but free is free :)

    Two things bothered me about this video. Ron wearing shorts 🤣and Christine has a guys haircut. She looks too young for that. 😀Anyway the play house is very nice I like it Just need to add some electric ⚡️ and plumbing. Then the kids will be happy

    I wanna build something like this for me and my friends, all of us are 9 - 14, and were a " mother, father, and kids" as a role play, were all tall for our age exept the 9 year old, she's about average

    watch that chick use a hammer @10:45 . At least she knows the handle is just there for decoration. Best place to grab a hammer is right in the middle. Its more balanced that way. Her form is pretty perfect as well. I wonder how long she swung at that little roofing nail in the unedited version

    Did a good job right up until you used OSB for the roof. You should have used 5/8" plywood. The OSB will fail with any moisture.

    What 1100$😲😲

  • @derpherpp
    @derpherpp 5 років тому +3

    Over 1000$ for that? I build my 8x10 shed from the ground up using quality stuff for less than that. That window was probably cost 50% of the house and wasn’t necessary. Kids doesn’t care or know if it’s double panel gas insulated windows or a piece of glass

      Locally we can buy them pre-made for $1500 (plus delivery). I was hoping to make it myself for a fraction of the cost. But sheesh $400 for someone else to make it seems fair.
