Its time to blame all men because....Laura has another book to sell. "We need to set this up, get companies to do this, make government to do that" Who is going to pay for all that ? Men pay all the NET taxes (what is paid in vs what is taken out in benefits). As gender equality is for everybody and net tax take is a gender equality issue for men, if you ladies want this stuff you need to dig deep and pony up because men pay way too much tax in already.
I suspect it might be because it's ideologically consistent rather than commercial. Is net tax a good measure? I suspect all tax get spent so all this says is that women on average receive more money or even. Thid doesn't seem so surprising and is likely a property of motherhood / career focus. In theory men ov average get a return in tbe form of a future generation and household maintenance.
