I appreciate you pointing out the satiety factor, because the portions can be a bit small at these Michelin starred places. How awesome is it to have affordable pizza around here to bail us out whenever we leave a restaurant hungry. BTW, have you tried L'Industrie yet?
Exactly! Pizza has saved the day for me on multiple occasions to fill the void in my stomach. Yeah, I love L'Industrie! It's definitely my favorite pizza in Williamsburg.
As a small bite establishment, would you rank Estela or this one higher (I guess we'll forget about the Killer Plastic Plant at Estela, lol...???...). BTW, are you a fan of LCD Soundsystem yourself, I am SERIOUSLY into them, one of my fave bands ever? Love your reviews, James, always look forward to the newest one!
Thank you so much! To be honest, I really haven't listened to LCD Soundsystem much. I like Estela a bit more. Although, I feel like I should go back to The Four Horseman sometime since I really didn't have many courses there.
Would have to be one of the best wine bars in NYC! As for the food it looked so good. A bit pricey for the size and portion but totally worth it. Once again great video.
it's never a good sign if you leave hungry. that quail looked delicious but they were almost appetizer sized. and 100 bucks is steep for me...but I guess it is what it is these days. times a changing.
Yeah, if I wanted to really get filled up or at least be satisfied, I would probably be spending closer to $150. There are definitely other NYC fine dining establishments where it would cost much less. Still, the food was good and the wine list was very impressive!
@@Jamesnu 150$ would get alot of groceries! because of your refined tastes, have you considered cooking? I would be interested to see you recreate some of your favorite dishes.
@@choochalah I've been interested in cooking, but I've never put much effort into trying. I really should though! It's a good skill to have and with my love of food, I'm sure I could get into it and enjoy it.
as a wine lover and huge lcd soundsystem fan i know i have to make a pilgrimage here someday. thanks for sharing :)
Thanks for watching! It's definitely a restaurant worth trying.
you brought us to an super cozy location with super simple yet delicious looking food.
I'm happy to share these experiences! It was indeed a nice restaurant!

Thank you! It's definitely a great spot for wine and their focus on natural wines is unique. It can be expensive, but it was still really good!
I agree, you should definitely go visit 70 Michelin Star restaurants as it sounds like a lucky number.
Absolutely!
It's too bad the food didn't fill you up, but pizza as a dessert sounds fun too!
Pizza can solve many problems!
What NYC Michelin restaurant would you recommend for great food and great value?
I would say 63 Clinton. They have a great tasting menu with a lot of variety for a good price.
how early did you go to get a seat at the walkin?
I came there just a bit after it opened. I feel like getting a spot would be far more difficult with a dinner service though.
I have heard good things about this restaurant but I need to have enough satiety when I leave any restaurants 😩!
I know what you mean! It's a good restaurant, but when they say "small plates" they really mean small! Still, it was great food!
Let's go to Kote!
That's definitely a restaurant I want to try one day! It's also one of those spots where it's hard to get a reservation.
@@Jamesnu let's make it happen!
Looks good but $100 for that amount of food is outlandish. I’ll pass.
I know what you mean. While I enjoyed everything I ate, there are better restaurants out there that are more affordable.
just get a slice @ L'Indsutrie after
Yep, that's a great spot for pizza as well.
yooo! 4:17 PICKLE SIGHTING!!!! @topjaw
I never noticed that! They were actually filming there the day I was and didn't realize it was them until they posted their Brooklyn video.
