Guy from Czechoslovakia here. Glassblowing is not a lost art, it’s still done around here in a precious few specialized places. They would probably be willing to blow new bottles for the Selzer factory, although probably not cheap.

Shopping in the Union Square Farmers Market was something I used to look forward on my days off. It was also always fun to hangout at the Saturday NYC shop. I will never forget that one sunny day when the barista gave me a free cup of flat white prepared with La Colombe beans.
