    I was born here and grew up here. (Montreal). My family came here in the 60s fleeing communism in Europe. Canada is great. Very safe, and happy place. That being said, it is a very long process to come. Best way is to come as a skilled immigrant. We are in desperate need of trades people. Do some research online to see what skills we need, get trained up, and come as a skilled worker. Our labour shortage is bad. We can barely find people willing to work in a McDonald’s. The next best thing you can do is to learn French. In the immigration process (which is based on points) will give you a lot of points for speaking French as well. If you speak French at a very high level, try coming in through the province of Quebec. They give more points for language. This is a country of love. If you come here with love in your heart and want to help our country, we will help you too!

    Thanks Wolo for the information provided. Regarding the POF, it is not mandatory to have the funds readily available in your account. Immigration officer will rather assess your application based on letter from the bank as at when you submit.

    • @silatchomamanda1606
      @silatchomamanda1606 5 років тому

      It's is important to readily have ur POF.in fact,if d immigration officer sees that the money just came in like that,...ur in trouble and in serious risk for ur application to be rejected.cuz the officer will suspect that the money isn't urs. If u suddenly just put the money,u would have to explain and show proof where it came from

      Stop assuming you are smarter and can outsmart the immigration officials.
      I live here they already don't want Nigerians here, so any little mistake made in your application you will be turned down
      FYI alot of your people are fleeing America and coming here to claim refugee and they immigration officials is putting a clamp on that as well as the number of applicants they accept from African countries to come here.

    • @ucheokereafor7065
      @ucheokereafor7065 5 років тому +1

      @@lifechoices4749 I guess my response was not fully stated. What I was trying to pass across is the fact that funds could come into an applicant's account on the day submission is made provided such funds have proof of the source. For instance, proceeds from a car, gift deed, investment payouts etc could serve as POF. All that is required is to have documents to support the funds. Remember as an applicant you are to make things easy for the immigration officer by including a letter of explanation. Thanks

    • @lifechoices4749
      @lifechoices4749 5 років тому

      @@ucheokereafor7065 A bill of sale can be forged. Incase you don't know Nigerians are known for forging documents,it would never be wise to have funds directed into your account on the same day you plan on sending in your application.
      You really think you can outsmart them don't you?
      Trust and believe even if you are granted a visa to come ,they can always deny you at the border or if you are allowed in they can strip you of the visa and or PR and deport you.
