Really amazing dude. Especially how you dod her skin and explained it. Right now I suck at skin tones. Hopefully you and your videos will help me to understand and get better. Even if I can get half as good I'll be happy. Keep it up man, you're smashing it!
I have been a subscriber at CA 3D Studios for a couple of months now and I can attest to their high-quality models. They are very impressive. Also, their discord is quite active and the modelers, especially Carlos, will always take the time to answer your questions, no matter how trivial or complex.
Love me some CA 3D models. Got turned on to their Patreon when you did the April O' Neil video earlier this year and now I get to 3D print and fuck up painting amazing models instead of just making a goddamn mess of minis all the time. Thanks, Groundeffected and CA 3D studios!
Oh, the irony of those big, weather-beaten (and probably no strangers to impacting a face or two on those occasions where it's necessary) tattooed mitts, delicately handling those model parts, paints and fabric to create such a masterpiece to love. Right dafuk on, brother
I catch something new almost every time, thanks for the tip with the Vaseline with the putty! Super Girl looks awesome! Your flesh tones are really out of the park!
Great video. You're hilarious and make this whole painting procrss seem a lot more doable. I was glad to see you showing how to fill gaps but still keep the parts separate. I will attempt this in the future.
Very awesome as always. I've been painting 40K stuff for a while and bought my first printer at the end of 2021. I started sculpting in Blender last year. I've been printing and painting my own creations since then. You're an inspiration dude!
You are really good at the whole process. I can't seem to get a complete model printed without issues. Looks like a great tip for filling gaps. Thank you!
This model is down right beautiful. It looks better then any statue I have on my shelf. I love how easy you make these models look to paint and that takes serious skill. I enjoy the humor as well. I’ve been watching your vids lately while I paint. Look forward to seeing more of them.
Chrome and gold molotow liquid pens mate if your looking for a perfect mirror or gold finish! You can get big refills for them there amazing i paint them on just decant a wee bit it goes along way on a brush.
I am starting wounded wonder woman model. Really looking forward to trying some new techniques. Enjoying your vids. Gives info and confidence at same time. Kudos
im in the US and cannot find Citadel paints anywhere, even on Amazon. I have since ordered from Green Stuff World and Vallejo paints. but hear Citadels have a nice array
Thank's Dad - I'm early on in my painting and overambitious, having recently failed my first airbrush skin tones using 4 colours and looks like I only used one left me in despair at what I did wrong. Your video highlighted the problem, THIN THIN THIN my paints is the lesson learned, thanks to this video. I also love the Gold tip. Cheers for the good parenting. Finally, where's my fracking pocket money?
Love the result and of course the process. What size magnets do you use? this technique of magnetizing the model is so great, i need to start doing it.
what size of magnets do you normally use? I just started building 3d resin figures and I thought they had to be welded glued to each other until I saw your techniche and I like it... I'm getting all the colors you use to paint skin and I even got me a air compressor.
I really enjoyed watching your videos I like the way you airbrush the skin tones. I want to try to do that on 1/35 scale if possible to thin layers with the airbrush on the face. Once again great job.
Nice! Anytime during your painting process do you give your model a clear coat to protect the first layer of paint and a final clear coat after the finished paint? Thanks
Friend of mine has a resin printer (I have a filament and it’s fine for busts to practice on) and he complains about the drying process - says things shrink and/or warp in such a way as to make resin a bad choice for piecing things together (he uses his for modeling homes etc…he’s an architect). Do you find that pieces often don’t fit together and/or warp AFTER you e managed to put them together? Do you keep your prints well away from direct sun, ha!?
@@Groundeffected Nope. I can't find it anywhere here in France and if I order this set in UK or US, shipping fees are sooo expensive ... I will try to contact Vallejo to ask if it's a normal situation 🤔
Where can I get these eyes? What would be the correct name to search here. Congratulations on the painting, it looks great, I'm using it as a reference for mine

Your brush control is next level. 😲
Bro that is amazing!! Wish i had those painting skills. Keep it going strong, sir!
Thank you dude
Printing eye decals is genius... I didn't know I could print these at home.
The layering of different color paints for skin tones, I believe, is the hardest thing. You are incredible...!!! You amaze me every single time...
Absolutely awesome. Your Skin tone technique just gets better and better. Fantastic job
I appreciate taking the time to include the prep process. I always get everything glued and a base coat before I realize there are pits and gaps.
Outstanding job the cape was a nice touch for sure enjoyed looking forward to the next video
Not only are you super talented, you ‘re friggin hilarious. Keep up the great work!
Ha, you make shading look so easy!

Eye decals are a great idea. They also make for a good template if looking to paint your own, but have more detail, as they look great.

👏 very nice! Your a true artist! That was the most realistic and finely painted statue. I’m not a statue collector, just me, but this was amazing!

I like those decal eyes. They look fantastic. Nothing is the wrong way as long as it get the look across. Excellent!
This is one of the most beautiful pieces you've done
I really enjoy watching your videos on the larger models. This one turned out SUPER...
Haha funny guy 😂

Great video! it's not possible to explain it better and as funny as always! a pleasure that you share your art! and great supports for the pieces!
your skillz are amazing... I have learned alot watching your videos and it has saved me from planting a couple of my prints in the wall... :)
Very nicely done. The cape was a great add.

There's no cheating when it comes to eyes, I believe its the most difficult part to paint. Amazing painting, you make it look easy but its not.
I just got that model. Printing it now. Will try to follow your steps to make it look good. Thanks again
That's pure art! She is an absolute beauy! ❤ Great work 👍👍👍

Simply amazing. The model and paint job. I will never get there because I simply can't get an airbrush to work. :(
Just do! =)
.. It is just air transport color that has to be able to fly ;)
That is pretty cool that model
Awesome. Just discovered your channel. Love it.
Great tips my dude! I will have to search back on which video you talked about printing eyes and on what media.
I’m sure it’s in the decal video I made for patreon and shared on here a few weeks back
If you could show us your collection so far.. I"d love to see all the ones you've done that you still have... thank you also for sharing your skillz
look at the video before this one and you'll be very happy. Maybe not the exact one before this one but its near this one.

Very well done. Love the head sculpt, realy a girl face.
That is why I use Createx transparent and opaque for painting skin. Way to easy, you can screw up and still recover with transparent.
Awesome video, and I love the adhd remark😂 so recognisable 😂😂😂
Gran says, Great Job!
What a talent she is. is there a video where you explain where to find the eyes?
Nah. But it’s easy to find eyes on Google and size them to what you need and print them on decal paper.
Love the result and of course the process. What size magnets do you use? this technique of magnetizing the model is so great, i need to start doing it.
Nice work. I just joined CA 3D this week :) Also, I thought you started the video by drinking your paint water for a second!!
