    I love your tutorials....I have not started any clay work yet still getting supplies. You are very articulate which helps more than you know for us beginning beginners. Thanks keep the tutorials coming. Pam

    I love the easy way you do this. I'm a newbe, and don't have an artistic bone in my body - but you make me feel that I can do it! Thank you so much. Best wishes, Carol

    I LOVE your videos, Teresa. Your relaxed attitude gives me the confidence that even I can do this. I need both sets of benders.

    I love how clear and understandable you make your tutorials! I've struggled to get a nice "LONG" skinner blend and you make it soo simple! You de-mystify concepts -like symmetry - so newbies can feel like "real" artists!

    Hi Teresa, I can't get enough of your videos/tutorials. I wish you could make one every day (LOL), but I am realistic, I know it's not possible. I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful creations :)

    Ooh fun! Can't wait to get started with my Squarebenders! They are really pleasing to own as well, I love that they are see-through, because that is SO useful for lining them up. :)

    This is one of your best videos - at least for me to understand. I just know I could make this if I just had some squarebenders.

    Square Benders and Cane Benders make everything so much easier. I really must make a cane like this - I keep saying it but I must sit down and do it! xx

    Wonderful invention! Congratulations Teresa... now you can "discover" exagonal shapes or even a "star" shape to make more deep indentations in canes and add intriguing designs!

    Terrific tutorial, Teresa. Love the details you left in the video--very cohesive. The "benders" are fantastic; so glad I ordered them. Can't wait for the next tute. One question: do you have an idea of what colors/shapes/designs you are going to use to create your canes before you start or do you "fly by the seat of your pants?"

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado
      @TeresaPandoraSalgado  8 років тому

      Actually I sketch them, but as the cane progresses they often morphs into something else. :-)

    Teresa when you are working with different types of clay, sculpey III pearl and regular sculpey, that for two different lengths of baking time, which one do you use?

  • @pamcrandall634
    @pamcrandall634 5 років тому

    When you lengthen your skinner blend, is it down to a medium setting? I know you don't run it thru your pasta machine on the thinnest setting. Just wondering about how thin you go. Thanks for all of the great videos.

    Did I hear you correctly, did you say that conditioning isn't necessary when making blends?!?!

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado

      Correct. The blending process is adequate conditioning.

      @@TeresaPandoraSalgado wow am I glad I saw this video and grateful for your help and knowledge because I swear I've literally been watching so many polymer clay tutorial videos and not once have I heard another creator mention that and since I've recently bought some clay to get started making, I'm happy to hear that when blending I can skip the conditioning part. Now can I ask, is it only when you are blending that you can skip conditioning?

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado

      I love Souffle for caning. just make sure to let each element cool briefly, assemble your cane and then do the same with the finished cane. it cools quickly. :-)

    • @TeresaPandoraSalgado
      @TeresaPandoraSalgado  6 років тому

      theblackcatpt using solid rods with hollow tubes for “extruding” and slicing is a clever idea. That’s a different product which I would be happy to recommend if it ever becomes available. Link please?

      @@TeresaPandoraSalgado she is out of business now, but the interior part of her piece is pretty much the same as your product. I mentioned it because I have been binge watching caning and mica shifts and somehow ended up on PCTutor and I just saw the video I linked in your other video and I was like "wow, it's pretty close".
