Good thank you. Do you have some suggestion? I see thousands models online and I'm confused. Approximately 100 bottles and only 1 temperature is needed (for red wine)
Well-structured wines can retain plenty of freshness after being open a week.. we regularly taste and re-taste after longer periods. Badly made, unbalanced wines fall to pieces. But not the structured ones. Thanks for following 🍷
@@clubvivanova well thank you for the reply. I have left a few great wines opened for 3 days and they fall apart. I actually have 2 bottles Of the 2018 Tignanello. It is absolutely wonderful super Tuscan . Cost a pretty penny here in the United States 🇺🇸
@@briancartoscelli8029 Yes Brian, they cost a pretty penny. Club Vivanova is our other account; we run wine distribution and events! Thank for following and enjoy 🍷
Thank you Brad's, very appreciated (a fan's of Tignanello)

Great intro! Love it. Amazing review as well. Keep up the work!
Many thanks 🍷
Very informative video! Good description of how wines age. I'd love to taste a Tignanello someday.
Impressive wines, hope you get the chance to taste..
Did you open one for New Year?
You said: i buy 7 bottles, one to drink and 6 to keep in my cellar. What is the temperature range in your cellar ? Thanks 😊
Hi Alberto. Around 10 to 12 degrees all year round.. regular temperature is the most important.
@@bradswine many thanks for your quick reply, appreciated. 🤝🥂
May I ask you if the electric wine cellar is good for the long ageing?
Yes, if the temperature and humidity are both constant and correctly managed.
