Your music is sooo beautiful. It sounds old and with castles. I have listen so many of albums. None sound same as others do. Make more it’s magical to listen and makes you forget today’s mayhem and virus. 🙏 thank you for your beautiful talent that can share and let others listen to.
This is the one album that got me into Dungeon Synth music. I never knew this type of music existed till I heard this... This is an extraordinary album! And now I am forever a fan of DS and this channel. Thank you for that.
I would suggest Gondolin Rec. to consider making more number of prints of their releases.. It´s crazy to look how in 10 minutes, every release they make is sold out!! 150 copies in cassette are really very few copies... Yeah.. I know it´s a way to keep it underground but honestly I think that if Gondoin Rec release 1000 or even 2000 copies, it still would remain underground... Please consider this, since there are too many worthy albums out there that deserve more phisical spreading than just digital.
I think it's a painting by Theodor Kittelsen called "Troll wondering how old he is". He drew a bunch of pictures like this one. Burzum's Filosofem cover art is also one of his works.
I once saw a panda sit like that in a zoo cell and it moved me so much. :'( Somehow this loneliness and fragility, contemplation. it just so vulnerable and moves me to tears. :/
This is so good that no depth reaches to describe it. 🕸🕷🗡💀 Edit: Does anyone know that is this made with a DAW, or is this dawless and done with an actual synth like for example the Korg Wavestate?
Dungeon synth sounds like it's made with gs midi modules, such as roland sc-55. Those modules are available as both software and hardware so it could be made in a daw or dawless. Roland actually released their midi modules as a vst instrument, it's called Sound Canvas VA. It sounds exactly like dungeon synth. Especially if you add a pinch of reverb.
@@sknaht Yeah, I kinda figured already that it could be both. I wished to know which one was it. Majority of the samples here from music box to timpani, organs and brass sections are generic. I have two devices containing them, Electribe Sampler and Casio CT-X3000 keyboard. I asked the question year ago because I was looking to expand my set with new gear and I needed to find a hardware device with an sequencer which was longer than 64 steps - which I found later.
this dungeon synth stuff sounds like old 90's games music when you could look on the CD and see the midi and the wave files. LOL good ol days when you could just listen to the music right on the CD. well this is it, not very exciting like Philip glass or something
When the rpg's soundtrack isn't good enough I just come to dungeon synth now
Same story.
Facts. I also play Minecraft to dungeon synth which works amazingly
Dungeon Synth oddly scratches my Tabletop D&D itch, and inspires me when I write.
Same
Can't find suitable words to describe the power of this album. It's like meeting a stranger who has a compelling story to tell you.
Pondering the orb...
Opening track is a masterpiece
Just had a long ass Uldaman run listening to these albums. What a perfect combination.
Uldaman in WoW?
The first track is really sublime. It fells like being inside a Theodor Kittelsen drawing.
00:00 Chose your adventurer
*Picks Warrior*
The history begins...
Welcome, Red Warrior.
Embers of Light is one the best tracks I've ever heard of the genre.

catchy, solid bit of dungeon synth here. Been bumping this one for a while.
Really cool album art! We need to witness this man in a whole setting. Perhaps in deep caverns.
I think it's a painting by Theodor Kittelsen called "Troll wondering how old he is".

the chorals on Gather Thy Storms, are very Imperial Russia, preparing for the march into Prussia 1914.
I thought the title was meth tower 😎
Sounds so much like Bathory.
the first song in the album, has a melody thats very similiar. I heard of that before lol.

Needs a little more echo, but nice

Moth Tower is the brother of Henbane
Nope
Dungeon synth rumours haha
Музыка прекрасна. Реклама отвратительна.
Ripped the cover of Dafast's "Auftakt zur totallen hoffnungslonsigheit", also fucking Music box sound shit. Not surprised.
