@@SahadebTechnical I made a 6ah lifepo4 pack. my ups specs are 600va-360w. But, when I plug 50w stand fan, I m getting just 45 mins of backup. And bms cuts off when volt reaches arround 12.6 or 12.8. Why is that so? Can u please explain bro?
@@g4gaming737maybe kyunki tumhara koi 1 battery kharab hoga... BMS mein ek feature rehta hai ki agar koi ek battery bhi over discharge hua toh wo pura current suspend kr deta hai shayad... Suppose tumhara ek battery thoda achha nahi hai , uska voltage pehle drop ho gaya ie wo jaldi discharge ho jaata hai, .. iska matlab wo jaldi overdischarge bhi hoga.. jaise hi uska voltage 3.7 se 2. Kuchh drop krega.. waise hii BMS power suspend kr dega

The charging characteristics of a LiPo battery is very different to the charging system of a lead acid battery. Please use a custom charging circuit for charging LiPo Battery to prolong the battery life.
This is not a LiPO battery. This is a LiFePO4 battery. I am using this LiFePO4 battery in my Computer UPS since 2021 and is giving over 1 hour backup. LiFePO4 charger is a voltage-limiting device that has similarities to the lead acid system. It also got superior high ampere and high-temperature performance when compared to SLA batteries. The existing BMS protects the cells from over charging, over discharging, short circuit, cell balancing etc.
@@devharish4368 Correct your calculation (3.7x4=16.8 ???). We can directly swap a 12V lead acid battery with a 4S LFP battery. The charging voltage is nearly the same for both the batteries. Only need to check the LFP cell and BMS, cell should be EV grade to handle the ampere and BMS with proper rating.

Charging ampere is too much slow
@@devharish4368 UPS default charging current is max 1A. When the battery is near full charge, current will be reduced accordingly.
