In India during 80s and 90s we used Neem Toothpaste and also used Neem twigs as brush and now US companies are also manufacturing fluoride free neem toothpaste. So kudos to that.
I was researching F free toothpaste and they are so $$ in Wholefood type of stores; finally I found lots of options in indian supermarkets. They have gotten it right all along.
Who knows?...Plastic toothbrushes could become a thing of the past before too long (plastic pollution). Willow sticks were chewed and used as a brush, long ago, here in Britain. Willow contains Salicylic Acid which is antiseptic and antiinflammatory.
Excellent, the benefits are multi benefits. Best taken with turmeric and ghee made into a paste and rolled in small balls. Approx 2 g. Best taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, with hot water. I used this on my COVID patients. It's anti viral, anti bacterial, etc, etc. This is coming from an Integrative medical doctor with MD as Ayurveda doctor.
I use neem oil on my skin and all oriffece 's when needed It's like my skin drinks it. I couldn't live without it! Even my Dog It just calms everything
This reminds me of one of my microbiology classes at Temple University, Philadelphia in 1978 where a med school professor showed up and while we all watched in disbelief, he gulped about a 4 oz vial of a turbid solution of E. coli to demonstrate how it was not at all pathogenic. It didn't take long for Industry to irresponsibly overuse Antibiotics thus creating "Super E. coli" with multiple Antibiotic Resistance. I doubt they're doing those demos these days at Temple U. And now I'm listening to a lecture on NEEM helping to control a once beneficial, mutualistic gut bacteria. What a crazy world.
I live in Florida and gave 2 Neem trees on my property. Only used boiled leaves for mosquito repellent in past. Will have to look into medicinal uses n make my own. Very pretty trees.
The most important point is that it treats candida/fungle infections. In India for 22-years and it was the only thing that helped when antibiotics would not work.

Thanks for sharing Dr Dhand. Your Uncle is a beautiful soul❤ We use Neem tea in Jamaica 🇯🇲 and it’s so bitter it makes Cerasee tea ( aka bitter melon) taste sweet in comparison. It is one of our natural remedies used in the Caribbean for inflammation, digestive issues, detoxification and much more.
Yeah, I heard about it in Kilifi, Kenya, where this tree is called mkilifi or mwarubaini. That was 13y ago. They use soft, fresh twigs of it as tooth brushes. And use a strong tea of it in case they get malaria.
Have ordered your Ojais turmeric complex. I'm a gardener, so have been exposed to and using neem for about 20 years. Looking forward to seeing the benefits!
Happy New Year Suneel! I've got lots of wild Neem here, we're encouraged to get rid of this foreign invasive plant, and quite a few of my neighbours bust a gut to do so, not me, I only use it as an insecticide, they can't bare the taste. Never knew of these beneficial properties, just have work a way to hide the taste!
Thank you, Dr. Your dedication is appreciated. I ordered the Neem supplement as i depend on the holistic approach to health. I've used Neem oil in cabinets when i've seen moths after unsealed items. Your Uncle is a very loving person. Blessings. 😊 4:21
I've been using Neem soap for nearly 20 years after reading an article in the Daily Telegraph. I'm very interested in herbal supplements and start my day with a "bullet proof" coffee containing turmeric, ground black pepper, Ghee and Coconut oil. It keeps me going until mid afternoon before I have my first meal of the day.
Thank you. I’ve been using Neem capsules for my dogs for quite a while. It seems to help them feel better especially as they age. I’m now going to add it to my natural supplements including herbs
Thank you Dr Dhand. I know there are many plants that have healing properties and are kind to the body. It's a pity much of that knowledge is being lost in the Western world.

Well know fact that termites will not attack or go near the neem tree. Termites avoid it, so it is a natural termite repellent.
I had an uncle in Winasacki who loved Neem. Infact he named his first born Neem and it was reported that she never had an infection.
I have an uncle in Lanark. It’s easier to pronounce than Winasaki.
It's amazing how many different 🌳 trees & plants have medicinal properties.
