So many of you have toured this apartment on my TikTok page, but figured I would share here on UA-cam for all of you that are new here! Thank you for being here. I'm happy to have you. 🥰 Check out my Instagram, as well!
An American passport allows you up to a 90-day visa. Do note, you will need to apply for your visa, online, as there is no visa on-arrival. When your 90-day visa expires, you must exit the country. You are allowed to reapply for another 90-day visa. 90 days will cost you $50 for a multi-entry visa. The other commenter is not correct regarding Americans staying for one year.
This is not correct. Americans are allowed up to a 90-day visa. At that point, they must exit the country. They are allowed to reapply for another visa, but they are not allowed to simply stay for one year. 90 days at-a-time right now.
@@thefilipinatraveler159 I'm excited for you! I tell everyone to come to Da Nang. ❤🇻🇳 The eVisa is super easy to apply for online. The official site --> evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/trang-chu-ttdt You can get a cheaper visa if you do not need multiple entries.
Pretty cool, yeah? We really enjoy this property, as well as the convenient location. And of course the pool on our front porch! 😂 Thank you for watching. 🤗🥰
I hope you get the chance. IMO, everyone would enjoy DN. It's the perfect blend of beach, mountains, accessibility with the international airport, great people, and amazing food! If you make it down, give me a shout. 😎
@@BudCowmen Hey Bud. Awesome video. My mom (75) and I (51) are thinking about leaving the political hell in Minnesota for Da Nang. Any interest in chatting a bit and helping us out with some advice??? Email?

Yes, of course I would live there. I'm praying for your safety and protection 🙏 as I listen to reports of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan ❤ Jesus Christ is a living, healing, loving God ❤️ I trust Him to protect 🙏 your life 🙏 ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for your prayers! I appreciate you thinking of us, and your continued support. Wishing you a healthy, happy, and prosperous 2024! 🤗🥰❤
@@meganmharrison11 Ms. Megan!! Yes, ma'am, doing well. I ended up quite sick for a couple of weeks, and missed so many live streams. But, I'm feeling much better now, and will should be back on the streaming starting in a couple of days. Most likely from Ho Chi Minh City! Thank you so much for checking on me. 🥰 I really appreciate your good vibes, and look forward to seeing you in my next live! ❤
So cheap compared to Orange County! I can’t even imagine. But, yeah, $3k+. And the traffic. And the cost of going out to eat. And everything else. But you also have nice beaches.
I appreciate the welcome! Da Nang is incredible. The people, the food, the culture, and it's beautiful! I am absolutely interested in touring some luxury apartments. Emailing you now.
Me, too! Sadly, I cannot own land as a foreigner. But I also consider that to be quite smart of Vietnam, as it helps protect against foreign gentrification. Thanks for watching!
@@BudCowmen I have good local friends that can buy it for me then give me a 20 to 30 year renewable lease. Then I design and custom build whatever I want. Prefer green areas on higher ground. Do the same in Japan.
I wouldn’t completely disagree. But I’ll gladly continue overpaying just for the community in our building, my daily conversations with the management team, and my morning walks with the dog that lives in our lobby. 😂
@@nirvana10111 You can if she will let you! 😂 When her mom & dad are gone, I take her almost every day. When they are here, they take her out quite often. But she's an active dog so the walks are good for her. Take her! And say "Hey!" next time you see me. 🥰
Yes, you can absolutely do it for less. But it is quite relative to your budget. Most of what we were seeking was $3-4k/mo. So we feel this apartment is a very good deal, comparatively. And the community in this building is unmatched! Thanks for watching. I really do appreciate it! 😎✌️

great video Bud! We want more of those!
Much appreciated, sir! Have a couple more apartment tours with Kenny coming to TikTok. Need to shoot some for YT.
What is the apartment building called? And location couldn’t find details anywhere…? thank you
It’s Moon hotel and apartment I believe
Great video, thx! What's the name of the apartment or hotel or address? How do you book this specific room? Thx again!
Love your video!
Happy to hear it! We really enjoy this property, and was hoping others would, too. Thank you much for stopping by to watch. I appreciate it. 🤗🇻🇳
I love Danang. I’ve been there once and I will visit again in 2 months. Just curious, is there a long term visa in Vietnam as a tourist?
You can stay one year if you are American.

900 usd a month? That is crazy cheap. In Singapore, a 3 room apartment costs higher than that. So yeah, I'd live there in a heartbeat.
Agreed! So cheap.
Had a friend with a very nice furnished 1 bedroom apt about 40 sq m in Nha Trang for $150 a month a year ago.
lol, it's fckn overprice for Danang
@@lokomotivmoskva Well, it sounds like it is pretty short term, but yeah, way more than I want to pay to be so far from the beach.

Right?! Not a bad place at all. Fantastic location, access to anything you’d require, and our beloved My An Beach just a 10-block walk. ❤️🇻🇳
beautiful

No aircon, no bueno.
We have aircon in every room of the apartment. Not central, but mini-splits allow us to change the temps in each room. Works wonderfully.
Seems a bit overpriced...

Virtually useless kitchen!
I use it to warm water for tea. Otherwise, absolutely zero reason to cook in Vietnam. Too many incredible food options for $2-3/meal. 🤤
