Good morning! Can this stitch be used to make a rectangle shawl, and could you please share the repeat count, if so? A friend gifted me 11 balls of ribbon yarn, that I think would look lovely as a summer wrap. Thank you! I love your videos and share them with friends doing Tunisian all the time.
Thank you! 😊 It can, you’d use multiples of 3 plus 2. Just remember not to add the increases at the end (just do a regular cast on in the final stitch).
Have you tried a different hook? Something made out of a different material, for instance using wood vs aluminum, or trying an acrylic hook? You can also work on loosening the tension of your stitching. This one takes some focus bc you will unconsciously tighten the tension as you work. It’ll take some practice, but it makes a huge difference.
Hi Marla, That really depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your project. Is it a winter scarf? A lightweight spring shawl? Is it for warmth or is it an accent piece? The purpose behind your project determines the yarn you’d use. Select warm yarns for winter projects (wools and some synthetics), and lighters yarns (cotton, bamboo, and some synthetics) for summer/accent projects. There is no one-size-fits-all here. You just have to try different things out and determine what works best for you. 🤷🏻♀️
Love this pattern. It looks like it doesn't curl much either. Beautiful ❤️
It’s so good pattern. You very clear to teach for Tunisian crochet.

@@ModeBespoke Thank you! It's such a pretty stitch!!
Any advice for finger cramping with working with lots of stitches? I can't seem to do larger tunisian projects because of this

Спасибо, мне очень понравилась шаль , а особенно ее рисунок, давно искала туниссом что то, интересное для шали.
Спасибо! Я рад, что тебе понравилось. 😊
Otro anillo más y se vería ridículo.
😂 no tengo espacio para otro, si no definitivamente me lo pondría.
