I will absolutely never be a 5am person. With or without kids. Hahaha. I wake up with my kids and cuddle them for as long as possible, before they have to go off to school!
@@TrenaLittle they won't be this little forever and they definitely won't want to cuddle me forever so I'm soaking it all up and working while they're at school.
These have been so helpful for me, and I love your honesty about mum mode. I definitely struggle to switch off. I also have ADHD and feel like these are helpful for me with adhd where as I think others are just completely unrealistic, so thank yoU!!!

Thanks for this series, Trena. I notice that, apart from Slack, you didn't mention daily social media management. Is that something you delegate? Or something you've pulled right back from so it's not a scheduled part of your daily routine?
Great question! Part of my monthly planning is to add in days where I'm batching content like social media creation. And I do have a Marketing Director who will make sure the posts are going live on the specific date. But honestly, right now, the only platform we are consistent on is UA-cam and we are even cutting back more on Instagram so we can really focus on the best content for our business... which has bee UA-cam!
