- 20,000 NATO Troops with 3,500 Combat Vehicles and Equipment from 9 NATO countries Arrive in Poland near Belarus Border.
Around 20,000 troops from nine countries are taking part in NATO exercises in northern Poland to test the alliance’s deterrence and defence capabilities, including around the Suwałki Gap, a strategic chokepoint between Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia.
The drill, dubbed Dragon 24, is part of the larger Steadfast Defender 24 exercises, NATO’s largest since the Cold War, involving a total of 90,000 troops from all 31 NATO member states and incoming member Sweden.
The Dragon 24 exercises, which began last week, involve 20,000 soldiers and 3,500 equipment units from Poland, the US, France, the UK, Spain, Germany, Slovenia, Turkey and Lithuania and encompass operations on land, at sea and in the air, as well as in cyberspace.
Poland’s 11th Lubusz Armoured Cavalry Division has been assigned as the main force to take part in the exercise, but special forces, air force, navy and territorial defence soldiers are also involved. NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence Battlegroup Poland is also taking part.
The forces involved are practising crossing roads, bridges and rivers to reach the Suwałki Gap, which lies on the Polish-Lithuania border and is located between Belarus and the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad.
A total of 3,500 personnel and 1,000 equipment units are taking part in the crossing from the village of Opalenie to Korzeniowo, which will last three days.
These are joint exercises to strengthen the security of the entire eastern flank of NATO, not only Poland but also the Baltic States.

IF... the soldiers slept well at night, got a good breakfast, got a shower and clean cloths, enough ammunition, everything is quiet, everyone is nice and polite to everyone AND if they know, they will go home in a few days and be able to continue their own, "normal" Life with their family.
But...when something or even ALL of them is missing, than everything changes drastically ! Remember this ! There is a huge difference between a simulation and reality.

The war would be not that hard and will not last for long, just have to be strong for a short while and we will have a huge victory - for certain !" The enemy is fully responsible for a war - we are totally innocent and just "forced" to do it !"
But...when war really happens, its like in the novel and movie "All quiet on the western front". People are dying quickly in masses, often without even be able to see a hostile soldier with their own eyes. If someone is in the same, dirty underwear and socks for 2 weeks and is full of dirt and crouches in a stinking hole in the ground and have to think, the next grenade, missile or FPV drone could hit me and I will die - than its a totally different view on war, than during a peace time drill.

Guys from the front line in Ukraine are saying you can't be in a vehicle longer than two minutes at the front line before drones spot you and you are getting worked on by artillery and FPV drones. So what's the future of war? Mass anti drone warfare? scrambling? Is every squad going to have to have some guy with a drone jamming back pack? What good is all this armor if it can't actually do its job, they're just glorified taxis. Unless you mass so many vehicles to the point where its overwhelming and you CAN break through a line and push deep I just don't see how it could work.

And you actually believe that number? So when did Ukraine start shelling its own citizens in eastern Ukraine just because they’re ethnic Russians and did nothing to provoke their destruction? How many civilians were killed by Ukraine before Russia had enough and sent minimal amount of soldiers to set up a defense line to try and stop the shelling and attacks? Why does the Ukrainian military target all schools, hospitals, food distribution sites, water stations, power stations and any communication infrastructure? It’s because the Ukrainians are extremely racist and want the ethnic Russian Ukrainian people out of there so they can bring over another 50,000 Israeli citizens to resettle there and start farming. There’s far more about this conflict that the media doesn’t tell the average person so I encourage you to take time and see for yourself, it’s my hope that you just see the truth and that’s it.
