So basically, Marty's is supposed to be a 'vegetarian' version of our local snack chicharon (pork fat crisps). In the Philippines, we usually eat chicharon with a spicy vinegar dip, so they tried incorporating that into the chips. We usually eat chicharon while drinking alcohol. Hope that helps =)

Most Filipinos realy love strong tastes. Spicy, Salty, Sweet, we are always open to everything. Filipino loves food. As to food like for viand, we always get that most foreigners find it too salty, that is because we eat those together with rice. Reason also why we find other countries' foods tasteless, or should I say bland because of that. HAHAHAHA
