i live in turkey as well, let me tell you korean is not as hard as you may think. if you’re already familiar with the language from watching kpop idols or drama content then learning the basics will be easy for you trust me. and its not a necessity, you should be able to give a brief self introduction and if you manage to become a trainee they will provide private language tutoring for you. be optimistic! trying out is better than thinking you have no chance at all, i’m rooting for you 🫶🏻
I live in Australia and want to become a K-pop idol. My parents don’t support me at this time so I plan on knowing how to speak Korean fluently by the time I started adding but I feel like if I get my parents won’t let me go to the training school.
I'm 13 and an African-American boy. I have yellow and gap teeth. I am also skinny and 5'3. I can sing okay and can hit high notes. I know some basic dancing steps and talk fast and stutter a lot. What company should I audition for?!
Try to audition for any company you feel comfortable with. It's okay with your teeth, don't forget to love yourself and be confident in your own skin cause the company wanna see you confident and passionate. Work on your skills even more there's hope, you're so young so keep dreaming until it's real
I agree, choose wisely and audition for the company you think is right- often times we've seen some idols being mistreated, but that doesn't always happen. Good luck to you! The company will be the ones to help you guide your path to the future you want. Yellow and gap teeth? That's no problem! If there's passion, there's a way. You can build your confidence, if you can't find it. Practice, practice, practice makes perfect! And showing how much you truly enjoy it will open up the future for you. I'm sure if you ever do audition, the company will love you. My support from the philippines! ❤️
Hlo i am studying a Korean university and i am participate in the audition i did the trainee and i am go to university and training in kpop. Only a example this these two are include studies continue and training go, The person in korea she is a foreigner she included in offline or online audition
I'm 12, I live in America, and I can speak basic words in Korean. I want to be a Kpop idol but my parents don't support me, which means that I'd have to audition after I can legally move out and I'm not under their control anymore. That would be when I'm 18. Is that too old? Also, I don't have really good breath sustainability. Do I have a chance of passing?
I could not go to an offline audition for FNC which was in montreal/Canada because my dad refused..Both of my parents are always busy and none of them would have time to accompany me or maybe they just dont want to. How do i convince them?
You could try to apply for different company’s like JYP where you can post an online audition you just need to put in info about your self post a video of you singing and one of you dancing and another of you introducing yourself it will ask if you are a foreigner or Korean but if your foreigner then introduce yourself in English and Korean so they know yk both languages you don’t need your parents to take you since it online and if you get accepted you can tell them they’ll most likely be happy for you and won’t have regret trying to let you go to Korea and I feel like if you get accepted at least know what your getting yourself into it’s a whole different world .sit down and have a huge chat with your parents about serious things like this know when you choose this path your giving up seeing your family but ik every kid has a dream I’ll be fighting for you !~ I hope you do big things some day
Can i have a chance of becoming a trainee as i am 17 years old but i have been training and preparing from the age of 14 i have a strong potential in dance
Ofcourse you shouldn't be hopeless, u can try if you have confidence with yourself, all they want is potential, talent and confident. Show them that your ready to be someone you dream of
Can i be a kpop idol if I'm not asian, I'm ready to work harder then ever because this has been my dream for a long time and I'm really passionate about music. My problem is that I'm a non asian person. So do you think i could still do it
Kpop is just music, but sang in Korean. As long as you know basic Korean and are willing to take extra lessons on top of singing, dancing, etc.. when you’re a trainee, then you definitely can. Many companies say they will accept anyone, regardless of gender or ethnicity. However, people of Korean/Asian decent will be picked more often
Often people with some asian descent would be chosen more than pure foreigners. But don't let that discourage you. If it's what you really want then okay, go for it. No one will stop you if that's who you aspire to be. Rooting for you! There are some kpop idols i've seen- not as popular, but still pretty noticed. They were foreigners too, but was chosen even so. It's just hard, not impossible. If you have the passion, deliver it through your energy, voice, or dancing. The judges will know if you are up to it. But i'm sure they'll feel how passionate you really are about it.
The term "fundamentals" refers to the basic principles or essential elements of a subject or activity. It can also refer to the underlying foundation or core concepts that are necessary for understanding and mastering a particular topic or skill. In general, the fundamentals are the key building blocks that form the basis of a larger, more complex system or discipline.
Well, it's not like we can really force them. I too fantasize about becoming one, but i think of the pros and cons about it. Do i really want to take on something that big or is it just a fantasy? I'm sorry your parents don't support you. But never give up on your dreams if that's what you truly aspire to be in the future. The first step to success is keeping motivated. It all depends on your parents, so there's no secret to convincing. But maybe, just show them your passion and how much you truly love it. Then maybe they'll feel the positive energy you pass on about it and agree.
@@jayadvice I know that, but this person was asking about it so i only provided an answer i could give. I'm just trying to be realistic and sometimes, not everyone works out but keep trying anyway. That's all there is to it. Often times many parents are strict, but i wouldn't know theirs so i can't judge. Sometimes there are things they can disagree on, and i'm not saying this is going to happen but not every dream always comes true sadly. So i guess, just make use of it.

If you are 20 ther is a chance but if your older I’m afraid they won’t take you as they are only looking for young people to be idols that’s why you see 14 year old debuting now adays and they would consider you old
It takes time for the judges to reply. If you can't wait, maybe you can send a follow up message, who knows. Don't give up so easily. Giving up isn't an option if you want to succeed and be who you really want to. You can do it! If they don't reply, just audition for another company. Think positive, you can make this happen with the right motivation.
