I got to tour the White House when I was in 8th grade in the early 80s. While standing in line waiting for our turn to take the tour, one of the grounds keepers asked us if we wanted to see the president. He pointed and said that he was about to take off in a helicopter towards the house. A couple of min. later, the helicopter took off, circled the line, and then President Reagan leaned out a bit and waved to us. It was really cool.
That sounds like a great memory to have. That is definitely a unique one !
How cool is that ❤
Dang, wouldn't think a groundskeeper would have that kinda info. I guess back in the 80s it was a little more lax
@@Fly-aaron92 He prob has seen it countless times and can tell when its gonna happen...Prob by how and where the president leaves the building, and seeing certain people
@@CarsCatAliens yeah I was thinking that too. But still, you would think they'd keep a little better wrap on something like that. If any random groundskeeper can figure out when and where the president is coming and going from. Would stand to reason it would be pretty easy for any and everyone else as well.
It's a good deal that the White House roof isn't slanted!
I bet that team isn't as diverse as the team that protected Trump
@@silentios7336Trump and diverse don’t belong in the same sentence.

I graduated from the Corcoran College of Art & Design, which is directly across from the Ellipse and the White House.
It was common for Secret Service cars to park right outside the school entrance.
We'd see agents also getting coffee at the nearby famous Swing's Coffee shop.
I didn't know about the SAM setup on the roof of the New Executive Building, but doesn't surprise me.
Around the Ellipse were many agents dressed in civilian clothing, but they were carrying duffle bags which had machine guns or whatever inside. It was very obvious they were guarding the area. I mean who else just stands around in the grass with sunglasses on holding a duffle bag for hours on end.
George W. Bush was President at the time so I saw his motorcade come and go from the west-side entrance gate countless times.
I've always wanted to take a tour inside the White House.
The general area itself is very nice and a nice place to take a stroll around or even jog around at night.
I feel lucky to have been able to go to school so close to the home of many Presidents and their families. The area is rich with history!
When touring DC a few years ago with my family, we saw what looked like Marine 1 in the video. I asked the guide on our bus if the president was flying in. He told us that when the president is on board, a fire truck will be nearby in case of an emergency. I thought that was interesting.
Yet they still couldn't figure out where the cocaine cane from? 🤔
You're so hung up on that. You've gotta let it go
Just public facts. OH YEA, THEY KNOW FOR SURE!
64 million bucks paid for by you and me for a fence !!!
That fence better be able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner then a good movie also.
Thats INSANE 64 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!
Its really know wonder we are in such dept. Its rediculous. Along with many other items on this list.

thank you so much for adding metric measures!
You forgot to mention, about Marine one. They travel in threes playing an airborne shell game as another level to security.
I wonder why the taster wasn't available for the lobster salad I wonder if there were in hospital for poisoned food 🤔
For Real, a thousand other safety people and no one just volunteered to eat a lobster salad? We will sadly never know!
There is an unmarked offramp at the end of the bridge over the Potomac that takes you to the parking lot gate. I mistakenly turned into it and quickly had to back out, which was probably really dangerous. They really should have had a turnout because it's otherwise one-way into the lot.
TIL The White House already has bullet proof glass. Nice. For some reason I didn't think it did, and said they should get some installed, lol. Now I know! Thanks!
i will never miss any of be amazed videos
Isnt it incredibly nice how the two narrators in this Amazing channel have calming voices?

5 year old me thinking that my parents had enough money to build a secret room 💀
My family home has a hidden room where they kept wine/beer/cold storage items in the basement. I must remember to tell my kids about it since that is where the safe is (empty) and also the panel for all the breakers and main electrical shut off. I can just imagine the confusion of someone wanting to check the switch of an electrical breaker and not being able to find the main box.
Attention !!
The intruder is already in !!!
Great content to show the world. If anything bad happens , blame conspiracy theorists.
Only Washington didn't live in the WH, but he was involved in the planning of the city
That was a lot of security
the whitehouses glass cant be lvl 8 because the windowsills arent wide enough. Also pretty sure I have my plane inside of the whitehouse within those 12 minutes... I have ambulance, police, and firefighters to my house faster than that and I live in a village, they need to come from the big city
Making the word Insane work really hard there pal.
Should he even be revealing this 💀

There are generally AT LEAST 3 F-16's in the air at all times in the airspace. Every day I see them takeoff and come back.
"Under blah minutes" STOP!
Why do people think having no life is a flex?!
funnily enough, the movie "Olympus Has Fallen" showcases a lot of these features in the film. PEOCS, hidden tunnels, bullet proof windows, the roof top snipers and stinger missile battery and the secret service agents.
No shit
Yay, Belgium Malinios doing what they are meant to do!
DJI Geofencing is easy to modify
Division agents are real? I thought it was just a video game. Could division 2 really happen in real life? 🤔

Regular recurring Amazement of my home, secured.
It's a "Citation Five".
Oh good, I'm only a few steps away from making our house as safe as the white house then.

You always have something to watch that’s why you’re my favorite channel. Not because of that Cuz. I learn new things every day because of you honestly you’re one of the best UA-camr this world has ever seen
I guess if it weren’t for the virtual certainty of collateral damage; - MASSIVE collateral damage, the Phalanx, or Close in weapons system (automatic radar-guided 20 mm Gatling gun) would appear to be custom-made for this kind of application. That has to be a top consideration for any system being evaluated for this rather unique duty environment.
If these security features are insane, perhaps the system needs a psychiatrist...?
Imagine end scenarios and you go there for safe place.. a
Security system tehnician here. That's not how they work at all
Somehow BE AMAZED wasn't arrested for revealing this information ,this looks confidential 🤣😅🤣
Where was all of this, wen they Broke In
Okay I made it to a minute and 13 seconds and then I got sick of your commercial I did not even bother to stick around for the content
Trumps plane entered the no fly zone last week (Sept 24) .
Looks like the roof top snipers failed to do there job with Oscar Ramiro Ortega Hernandez
They're probably the same people that were suppose to be protecting Donald Trump when he was shot at 😂
So where were all the guards, snipers, dogs and all other types of security when Omar Gonzalez jumped the fence and was able to make it inside the white house?
Top notch security there 😂
I tip my hat to this amazing channel always coming w the most amazing shit, told in the most amazing ways & I'll always & forever Be Amazed, thank you thank you for all that you do as it's much appreciated. 👍👌👏🤓❤️

Oh damn it why did he have t be from Idaho?
How are they possibly standing on those slanted roofs?
We all know that a roof with a slight peak is kryptonite to counter snipers.
Those robot dogs are disturbing. Can you imagine just chilling at home and that things rolls up on you?
They are super fun to play with. The fire department I work with has two of them. We have 3 backup batteries for both, so 6 in total, so if your on duty and want to "train" with it you are welcome to do it. It has all kinds of options and features but super fun to play with, once they become affordable I highly recommend one. I use a full charge on a battery every shift.
Just imagine running through the park and one of those robots started running beside you "playing"! 🤣
Little while ago I watched a video where they rolling the dog in!
Seems a dude was hiding in a house and had no intentions to come out!
So there was robo-cop 🫣
This “sweet” doggie literally replaces 4 police- officers, maybe even more!
It was the first time I saw that thing doing the work of a few strong man/women! Unbelievable how it moved through the building 😵
One moment you even see the robot going through the laundry! Clothes went everywhere, just like real dogs do!
I was really impressed and almost felt sorry for the intruder! 😅
Robot-dog cop probably crushed Mr Badboiiii when they found him

Every 4 or 8 years, someone new gets voted into the White House. There are literally millions of angry people every time there's a new President. Could you imagine if they didn't have all that security? I shudder to think about what would be attempted if the security wasn't so high.
Look at things now. We got people threatening to end each other over politics. It's absolute madness.
@@feraltaco4783 yeah
@feraltaco4783 like the fake president who constructed a gallow to have his VP hung..yet allowed to run again
same thing happens to many other countries which have half the security measures
The security is so high they can even figure out who's bag of coccain it was? (*Cough cough* Hunter's)
All the security measures, but they can’t find out who’s cocaine was at the White house 🤔🤔🤔
I managed some villas when I lived in the Caribbean years ago. For a few years in a row, the Clinton's stayed in one of them. (Please, no nasty comments or politics. I'm just telling a story). Despite no longer being president, the secret service was nuts! They came out several says in advance and did a serious search of the house, grounds and neighborhood. Hillary wanted to go for a walk on the beach one morning and despite it being a fairly private beach, they said no way in hell. Too dangerous. Funny thing is, we spent a bit of time with the secret service guys and they were all super chill. Khakis and golf shirts while on duty. I even got to meet Bill (Hillary had already left). Cool experience to see how it works!
Dealt with the secret service when Bush Jr went too the middle east for Thanksgiving. He flew threw mildenhall ab. I was a young Airmen working on the c-17s that were providing support. We had to stay on shift the entire time they were on base, they didn't want it getting out that bush was in town,I guess?
Anyway, I had to put a dust cover on a valve stem, and was shadowed by a secret service agent the entire time. He was very cool, we talked the whole time, but he watched everything I did and asked a ton of questions. I was basically training him in my job as crew chief.
Cool experience though!
Did you go with bill to the Island too....
My friend was USCG in Miami (I think) got reviewed by and shook hands with then President Clinton

3:00 Asault Riffle isn't even a proper term. and when it is used, it's used to describe full auto weapons the military uses, like an AK-47 or M-4. Modern full auto weapons have fire modes, the main 2 are full auto and 3 round burst, and some may have a semi-automatic mode. But calling a semi auto weapon an "assault riffle" is just incorrect and dumb.
so is saying ATM Machine...or PIN Number ...or VIN Number...or or NFL Football..or UPC Code.or ..ABS braking system
@MickeyMousePark You stated a different scenario that often happens. What you stated was people saying the acronym, then saying the word(s) the acronym represents. This is most likely because the acronyms are used a lot, so people's minds begin to recognize the acronym as a word itself, instead of multiple words.
What I stated was just a case of incorrect terminology, like calling a gun "magazine" a "clip." The only time that terminology is correct is if it's a stripper clip on a WWI era weapon.
You could not be more correct and I wish more Americans knew the difference.
@uprebel5150 Yeah, I'm fairly certain it was a buzz word coined by democrats to make people more fearful of guns, so the democrats could more easily have their heavy gun regulations put in place.
An assault rifle is defined as a gun that:
Is black
Looks kinda big
Seems scary
I kid, but that's not too far off from a real law that was in effect during the Clinton administration. It defined an "assault weapon" partly based on what the gun looks like. Feinstein tried to bring it back with even an even sillier definition, but this time even some members of her own party were too embarrassed to be associated with such slliness.
4:35 I have to say, being a President's personal sniper sounds like the most metal (albeit nerve-racking) job out there

I was in the 174th ADA 2nd Batt in McConnelsville, Ohio. It is an Ohio Army National Guard unit. I joined after my tour in the Army was completed. At that time it was one of two locations that had the Avengers. And, I have to say they are insane. They also have a .50 on the right side under the missile battery and a remote control that you can use to drive and fire the weapons. I don't remember how far the controller would work, it was connected with a cable it wasn't wireless. If there was a fear of possible attack we could retreat to a safe place and still have full access to the vehicle. The radar is insanely sensitive. We used to do weekend training at Burr Oak Park outside of Glouster. We were down at the bottom of a hill and there was a big field in front of us thats just a big incline. We could see a rabbit moving across the field and was able to lock on to the rabbit. It had the entire missile battery locked and following every movement. It was crazy how smooth and quick the battery would move, every inch it followed. It was really insane to watch. But yes 8 stinger missiles, fun fact they used to be hawk missiles, .50 cal with I believe it was 250 rounds on top of a Humvee. It was a fun ride. But, after watching it track a rabbit every hop and being just as fast as the rabbit was pretty wild to watch. He/she never had any idea so much destruction was just a button push away.

Wow, we've come a long way. Before the Civil War people would have picnics on the White House Lawn, and they could just walk in and talk to the president.
I couldn’t even imagine that now. Yeah that’s cause we had a President who freed black folks which left some angry rich people distraught, so they unfortunately decided to ruin picnics by killing the one who freed them, how dare they 🤦🏽♀️
