i'm pretty sure you could carry around a 138" tablet if you were strong enough xD But it's not actually 1 screen so it is possibly lots of much smaller tablets used to image share and appear as 1 massive screen. That method is often used.

Watching this on a Benq W700 and that screen was smaller in comparison to what i have now - at home, for gaming and entertainment - and had this projector at least back in 2013.
All i need to add to be able to interact with onscreen objects like that is something like a kinect and a bit of code, this "touch manipulation interface" is nothing new when comparing to Microsoft Surface which came out a looooong time ago.
