The Hail Mary Prayer in the Bible

Many non-Catholic Christians might assume that the “Hail Mary” prayer is a form of worship to Mary. However, the Hail Mary is mostly a meditation and reciting of scripture from Luke 1, reminding us of the miraculous way God came to us, Mary’s obedience to His will, and her intercession as a member of the body of Christ.
