Dang! Woot free products. Love that for you! I've been in the blogging sphere since 2011 and have been receiving free products and its always so fun to see new products in my mailbox. 🎉
Thank you Jason for the funny story about your friend Johan. Speaking of which, when you have friends over helping you, if they don’t mind, introduce them to us. I’d love to know their names and if you want to incorporate funny stories about each other, that’d be a blast! The stupid things I’ve done in my youth are my fav stories. 😂
New tools are always welcomed. It's good you can give a true review and don't owe them anything. Your definitely gaining attention to your channel. Have a great weekend. Stay healthy, happy and safe always. 😊
Get a couple of bungee cords so you can strap stuff securely to the dolly when taking it up and down the stairs. That way you don't have to worry about things falling if they are stacked.
Love that you got some free tools to help you with the renovation. The stair crawler is a great design and something you will definitely put to good use. Stay 🆒 .
Hey!! Another great video. Try not to get overwhelmed. Take a few minutes away when you start feeling that way. Clear your head, play with the dogs, etc. You have a lot to be proud of❤
I thought it was hot here when it was 29°C yesterday, you have my sympathy with the humid heat 🥵 It's cool that you are getting free stuff already, and I like your idea of having a reno community 👍 that stair crawler looks like it will make your life much easier with all the stairs you have in your school.
Thanks for clearing up the name of your channel! I just assumed that was how you spelled your name haha. I thought it was kinda weird, so it was nice to get the back story. Have a great weekend and don’t forget to stop and smell the roses 🌹. 😉
It sounds like the storm we had on Thursday. They called it a micro blast. Trees down power out. It was very stifling with the heat and humidity but the temp dropped almost 20 degrees after the storm. Next day was hells fire pit.
Excellent New Useful toys and Free double Plus! Anything that helps! 🤞 With the hot weather work outside early in the mornings and or in the evening but the roof is still going to be hot 🥵😣
@@watchere Yep 😣 That’s why I try to build or redo everything myself- Thank goodness for UA-cam! Do check the hardware stores in the mornings for sales, the clearance isles, MP and Craigslist and I hit the yard sales! If you have a Restore and some of the non big names Mom/Pop building stores! Keep an eye on the sale flyers and if you get a store credit card they at times give you 10% off! Pay it off in a week! 😀🤫 The saying was if your looking for it you won’t find it now it’s Ohhh Heck NO that’s way to over priced! 😯 Don’t worry because they will have to mark things down to move supplies eventually 🤞 Also I find basic screws, nails cheaper at Walmart than the hardware stores but also depending on what you need. Oh goodness I am cheap 😂
Stair crawlers are WONDERFUL!!!! I have a stair crawler cart to get groceries and the like up my stairs. Quite the lifesaver. I'm sure you'll enjoy the heck out of yours.
Appreciate your disclosure! I enjoy the positive meaningful way you use to develop your project, i.e. building a community. I sense some engineering background here. That would explain your reasonning to solve problems, even without the experience. My autistic son is studying in automation engineering.
Yay, for the freebies! Glad someone's looking out for you. Looks like your knee is better...maybe. Looking forward to the roof update, but ugh, this heat!!
The stair crawler doesn’t turn well because that’s the nature of the design, just as your car can’t cross a river like a boat does. Anyway I love your channel and this is one remodel projectl I plan to see to completion. Yes + Jason = Yason!
The latter with the hooks would make a good way to escape, hook a window or whatever, and drop to the ground and if it does not reach it, it would get you that much closer.
Be very careful with your new telescopic ladder - especially if you haven’t already used one before. Make sure you lock things properly otherwise you might be coming down faster than you went up or worse trap your finger somewhere.
Great product review Jason. It was honest and true. It would have been nice to see you carry the 2 or 3 buckets but we will get to see it when you start moving things. Rain that evaporates upon contact.... welcome to parts of Australia....lol. Currently it is our winter here and I am in the Nation's Capital (Canberra), where we are having -5C overnight and a top of 10-11C during the day. I am enjoying the Friday videos as much as your regular videos. Keep up the great work and look forward to the next. 😊😊
Being that this a school with many floors or stairs to bring things up and down I would highly recommend building a temporary ramp on one side of the stairs that would allow you to Dolly things up and down easily I would recommend 2x4s
I thought about this! Though I am tired and mindless sometimes I would be scared id accidently put one leg via ramp one leg on the stairs and just tumble down haha. But good idea!
I've been waiting all day for this video. You did not disappoint. I thought your name was Yason but you just pronounced it Jason. Thanks for the fun story. Glad you are getting some brand interest. Soon you will have enough subs to get all new tools for free and won't have to buy used on FB marketplace.
Love your videos! One piece of feedback: try to level your audio so that your music isn't so loud compared to your voice over/camera audio. Easiest thing to do is keep the music on a separate track from your camera/spoken audio and just lower the audio gain of the music track to match the peak of your camera audio. Beyond that, great stuff!
The video was great. I love the updates. Don't forget to rest if you need it. Just a couple of ideas: In your description, would it be better to link to playlists instead of having all the individual links? I see newer creators using linktree as a place to link to all their social media (YT, Discord, etc) as well as Patreon and Amazon wishlists. That might come in handy too. Good luck!
I'm sure you might have already thought of this, but get a couple bungie cords and you can secure two or maybe three buckets to that dolly and it might make shorter work for you to get all the material moved.
Yason ,you might want to just get your materials upstairs all in one shot before Mr. Sun wakes up and heats your building up.Nice ladder . Keep those videos comming.
I wish those products had been around 40 years ago! They would have been amazing doing the flip work we did! Now, ha, I don’t even use a step stool or pull anything up the stairs. Thinking about all those heavy tools and boxes of tiles I carried upstairs. It makes me tired😳🥵
I much prefer your take on products over the fake oh this product is soooo great. And it's not. We are not idiots that the majority of companies that pay for a good review and bs. We don't want bs. We want what you have given. A good honest plus and negative review. Meanwhile I love the ladder! Very handy and even better for storage purposes. 🎉🎉
Need to get some shelves and a few small portable tables,Shelves are good to make a tool room , the portable tables are good to keep tools off the floor and within easy reach. Making amazing progress :)
I am only teasing you with this 😅 you say "Only downside is it comes down really fast,if you're not careful you might catch your fingers" (leans forward so it looks like his head is in between) had me laughing. But seriously I am enjoying your journey & wish you the best 😊
On the stair climbing dolly - or any dolly for that matter - it would be very helpful to have an easy way to attach straps - like bungee cords or ratchet straps - to keep the object from tipping forward. I haven't seen any that do. I have had to use ratchet straps when using a dolly to keep stuff from falling over and out.
Great reviews, sorry it’s so hot. It’s 109° today here in Arizona. Your storm was like our monsoons. Hot, sticky, and gone too quickly to cool anything down. Hopefully you be done with the gutters and roofs soon. Then maybe, water, bathrooms, or?? What’s next?
Im thinking after gutters then the water, then roof. Roof needs ALOT of water to power wash so I think having atleast one main garden hose off the main and everywhere else shut off for now will help with that. After that do the plumbing!
get a fiberglass ladder for any elec work, great you got gutters done but you should blow out walls where leaks were or otherwise have a black mold farm, you do want to audit roofs and gutters again but once that is done you can move on to getting some apt/bnb or sublets going - you need some cashflow and you have enough space to get a few units going for sure - zoning should not be that big of a deal but do check on that and maybe apply for exceptions/rezoning if you have to before going whole hog. at least start living there yourself
We get it. You don’t want anyone to misinterpret how you got the ladder and stair crawler. With that said most of us are not idiots. We don’t need to be told four separate times. Once or twice is plenty. Otherwise it was a decent review video. Keep up the good work.
if it fits, it sits, i would say first issue wasn't an issue at all, he he he...assembling those things is always the highlight for me... but i do not use the instructions normally, call me tony stark, but i do not teach them speaking...i guess you will get the feeling of the handling soon with all your steps...the ladder, well what should i say...okay its for free... i love the assortment of Wooden Ladders we have at work, all stored at an outside non weather side wall, ranging from 2 meters to 8 meters... wouldn't step on any of them cause i don't like heights but the work since probably 1824 or so...and weight isn't a great deal cause working this height, you are not working alone, or shouldn't... have a great weekend...
Straps would be a welcome addition to the dolly. Vevor has some awesome products. I see their products and sponsorship on UA-cam channel “ Perkins Builder Brothers “ . Vevor prices are reasonable too. But please let us know what your honest opinions are, I buy tools based on UA-camr recommendations. I don’t know how tall your ceilings are but it might be worth investing in a small scaffolding unit on wheels for a safe platform to work off of for ceiling work if you have a lot of that to do. Who doesn’t love a good inside joke ? Huh, Yason. 😆😂🤣
Wow, Jason (with a Y) Lol. how lucky are you to get free tools !!!🌻Maybe someone like DeWALT will send you a dual-bevel sliding compound miter saw/stand along with some rechargeable hand tools. It's only a matter of time before you're going to need a reciprocating saw, drywall screw gun etc in this project.
Look at this, new channel and you are already getting free stuff....good for you, you deserve it. See what happens when you're a nice guy.
Don’t forget to strap heavy buckets to the dolly before transport. Learned my lesson with a 5 gal bucket of paint tumbling down the stairs.
definitely a scary thought! I will def do that in the future!
That cart for the stairs might take a little longer but your body will be better off after moving all those buckets.
I’ve used that style of ladder for accessing roofs for inspections for over 20 years. They are remarkably dependable. The locks hold quite well.
thats amazing to hear because my normal ladder is not really friendly to move
YAY!! FREE STUFF!!! You're an 'influencer' now!
hah almost!
Dang! Woot free products. Love that for you! I've been in the blogging sphere since 2011 and have been receiving free products and its always so fun to see new products in my mailbox. 🎉
It's definitely exciting! Im not quite there yet but hopefully one day could be cool like you!!! Thanks for the comment!
Yason, you gave a true honest review/opinion. Maybe when you get to use it more often you will find out more. Love the vids, keep em coming.
Will try!
New tools are always welcomed. It's good you can give a true review and don't owe them anything. Your definitely gaining attention to your channel. Have a great weekend. Stay healthy, happy and safe always. 😊
So excited to see you get outside support! Awesome new tools. Future Yason is gonna need those lol. ❤
Ohhh I am so happy! These 2 products are on my wish list for soon! Thank you for your informations about them. Have a wonderful week.
I love side quests. Lots of loot
Stay 🆒 .
Your poor legs! All those scabs are achievement badges for your hard work.
Stay safe, stay positive and keep the videos coming!
Thank you!
Hey!! Another great video. Try not to get overwhelmed. Take a few minutes away when you start feeling that way. Clear your head, play with the dogs, etc. You have a lot to be proud of❤
Thank you! so much!
I thought it was hot here when it was 29°C yesterday, you have my sympathy with the humid heat 🥵
It's cool that you are getting free stuff already, and I like your idea of having a reno community 👍 that stair crawler looks like it will make your life much easier with all the stairs you have in your school.
It was HOTTT! Yes we should build a reno community for people to freely talk about projects and stuff I would love that!
Enjoyed today's video!! That stair crawler will definitely be kinder to your knees!! I hope cooler weather heads your way!!
Next day was hells fire pit.
i appreciate your honesty
What a great surprise. I telescopic Ladder and a stair walker. Thats gonna make life sooo muh easier.
Excellent New Useful toys and Free double Plus! Anything that helps! 🤞
With the hot weather work outside early in the mornings and or in the evening but the roof is still going to be hot 🥵😣
Everything helps at this point! Everything is super expensive and adding up fast!!!
@@watchere Yep 😣

Also I find basic screws, nails cheaper at Walmart than the hardware stores but also depending on what you need.
Oh goodness I am cheap 😂
@9:36 the lower bolt looks to be smaller head so would fit better in the upper hole. The name story...good one.
Stair crawlers are WONDERFUL!!!! I have a stair crawler cart to get groceries and the like up my stairs. Quite the lifesaver. I'm sure you'll enjoy the heck out of yours.

I think both will come in handy
Watching you walk the bucket up the stairs with your new dolley, all I could think of was R2-D2!
haha missed opportunity to add in some noises!
Congrats on your new stuff! That is exciting! See your getting noticed that is so great!!! You are doing a great job.
I’ve seen that ladder on other diy channels and it works fine. Enjoy your new equipment I’m sure they’ll be a help
Jason you need to build or but a work bench in one of the big rooms so you can fo stuff like this. The workbench would serve so many functions.
That ladder is a great fire exit ladder for the upper stories
The stair crawler doesn’t turn well because that’s the nature of the design, just as your car can’t cross a river like a boat does. Anyway I love your channel and this is one remodel projectl I plan to see to completion. Yes + Jason = Yason!
Fun to watch the stair crawler how it operates
You must be in St. Louis with the weather you're describing 😅! I work outdoors all day in this crap and feel your pain.
The latter with the hooks would make a good way to escape, hook a window or whatever, and drop to the ground and if it does not reach it, it would get you that much closer.
Be very careful with your new telescopic ladder - especially if you haven’t already used one before. Make sure you lock things properly otherwise you might be coming down faster than you went up or worse trap your finger somewhere.
that is definitely a nightmare of mine! Thanks for the tip i'll try to double check those locks!
Fun with new toys.
Looks like you've upped your thumbnail game. :-) Good to see your channel is blowing up!
Nice clip...have a great and productive weekend!
Climbing dolly is pretty cool
Great product review Jason. It was honest and true. It would have been nice to see you carry the 2 or 3 buckets but we will get to see it when you start moving things. I thought about this! Though I am tired and mindless sometimes I would be scared id accidently put one leg via ramp one leg on the stairs and just tumble down haha. But good idea!
At 62 years old, this is the method I would use to assist with moving items.
That stair climber is great if your moving and have a lot of stairs to climb 👍
It really is!
Nice products!
I've been waiting all day for this video. You did not disappoint. I thought your name was Yason but you just pronounced it Jason. Thanks for the fun story. Glad you are getting some brand interest. Soon you will have enough subs to get all new tools for free and won't have to buy used on FB marketplace.
One of my fav channels
Thank you!
Oood on you for getting free stuff....you deserve it 👏
Oh nice free stuff and creative control! Best of both worlds! That stair crawling looks great. It makes me want to dig out my old fidget spinner😂😂
i dug mine out!
Love your videos! One piece of feedback: try to level your audio so that your music isn't so loud compared to your voice over/camera audio.
Easiest thing to do is keep the music on a separate track from your camera/spoken audio and just lower the audio gain of the music track to match the peak of your camera audio.
Beyond that, great stuff!
i'll make note of that! Thank you. I honestly just need to also get better editing software that will do most of that in the end!
I'm going to have to check out that ladder. I need something tall that I can carry for the occasional use.
Hi Jason, Awesome side quest Friday. Keep up the great work, nice to try out stuff you need and can use.
Nice goodies from Vevor!
Love your videos and you talk just the right amount. Can't wait till you can start making real changes to the inside.
You and me both! thank you!
Glad you chose a item that can help you
The video was great. I love the updates. Don't forget to rest if you need it. If you go to the main page there is a playlist! But you are right It made sense when i had 1 or two episodes now its getting long!
Wishing you a wonderful week-end also. Love the product review!
Yes. Stair crawlers work well once you get the hang of it.
Cool new tool toys!!
I'm sure you might have already thought of this, but get a couple bungie cords and you can secure two or maybe three buckets to that dolly and it might make shorter work for you to get all the material moved.
I'm not sure the weight of 2 buckets would be easy to pull.
I'd suggest a ratcheting strap instead of bungee cords but I believe we're on the same page, something to help keep the load on the stair crawler.
I been doing it the old fashioned way up to now and definitely a improvement
I much prefer your take on products over the fake oh this product is soooo great. And it's not. We are not idiots that the majority of companies that pay for a good review and bs. We don't want bs. We want what you have given. A good honest plus and negative review.

You did a good job building your tools! 😊😊😊
Hope the roof works out easier for you.
I hope so too!
Another good video. Thank you.
Have a great weekend. Take it easy on lugging those heavy pails. 💪
Thanks! You too!
Hi Yason😊115 right now in Phoenix Arizona.. We roasting... With swamp coolers.. Love watching all you work on. ❤️
Stay cool!!
So...the Jason with a "Y" bit...fire.
I am only teasing you with this 😅 you say "Only downside is it comes down really fast,if you're not careful you might catch your fingers" (leans forward so it looks like his head is in between) had me laughing. But seriously I am enjoying your journey & wish you the best 😊
I was going to make a joke that it could be a guillotine but decided against it haha!
😂@@watchere
You actually read the manual! Wow.
I know I am an oddball Always look at the manual first!
Bro this is awesome. Means you are gaining lots of traction
Nice gifts Yanson!
I need a giant fidget spinner now! 😂😂😂
just my opinion, but a ratcheting belt would be nice to include with that dolly.
It would indeed!
On the stair climbing dolly - or any dolly for that matter - it would be very helpful to have an easy way to attach straps - like bungee cords or ratchet straps - to keep the object from tipping forward. I haven't seen any that do. I have had to use ratchet straps when using a dolly to keep stuff from falling over and out.
good idea!
That will help the water tote!
That tote is HEAVY!! that will be a true torture test of this stair dolly!
Cool gifts. You don't ramble. Love watching your vids.
I thought for sure that your unboxing was going to be a teleporter
I WISH!

stair crawling is my favorite way to crawl
You are cracking me up with the handle around your neck. 😂 I need one of those. I need something a bit bigger for moving bookcases.
It could be a guillotine lol
Ok yason with a y!!! Good to see you
get some bungies to secure your loads.
You had me at new tools😂👍
Be careful Jason!!❤
Those top bolts I believe are backwards 😊
Could be! I figured having the longer side on the outside would cause things to catch! But also the nut side is larger than the pan head side!
this ladders always look nice but im always afraid they dont lock properly in place.
To be honest me too! I’ll report back if I lose any toes
That ladder is pretty awesome. Moving around a full ladder is never fun.
if it fits, it sits, i would say first issue wasn't an issue at all, he he he...assembling those things is always the highlight for me... but i do not use the instructions normally, call me tony stark, but i do not teach them speaking...i guess you will get the feeling of the handling soon with all your steps...the ladder, well what should i say...okay its for free... i love the assortment of Wooden Ladders we have at work, all stored at an outside non weather side wall, ranging from 2 meters to 8 meters... wouldn't step on any of them cause i don't like heights but the work since probably 1824 or so...and weight isn't a great deal cause working this height, you are not working alone, or shouldn't...

there is a vector install on you tube of this product.....thats a BACK saver jason
Huh, Yason. 😆😂🤣
Oooo, I need a stair crawler!! I wonder if one that had air filled wheels would make turns better?
I would imagine it would feel better with air filled wheels, but then you would have to worry about 6 tires not going flat!
It was meant to be since you received the stair crawler (for lack of a better word) that you wanted.
A live would be 👍
Wow, Jason (with a Y) Lol. how lucky are you to get free tools !!!🌻Maybe someone like DeWALT will send you a dual-bevel sliding compound miter saw/stand along with some rechargeable hand tools. It's only a matter of time before you're going to need a reciprocating saw, drywall screw gun etc in this project.
One can dream haha!
