@@gnomesb thank you so much
I wasn't expecting that singing tone when he started. Amazing but didn't seem real for a second. ❤️
I didn't expect it either, but I had no idea what to expect
James McShane are you saying it’s playback?
@@vincenthubschmann6512 sorry what do you mean?
James McShane you said it didn’t seem real. Were you just emphasising how unbelievable this performance is or were you implying that it was playback and he wasn’t actually singing??
@@vincenthubschmann6512 No realised it was real and fantastic. The first few notes just seemed so sureal and thought omg what a voice. Loved it
It takes the whole group to make a piece of music lie this. The octavist is absolutely superb. But the instrumentalists and the young ladies in the choir are all very necessary to make this work. Bravo! Slava Dmitry !
what a beautiful voice this young man has
It's so wonderful and such a change to hear a group that values a deep voice. I get really tired of tenors!
Je suis d'accord avec vous ! 😄
Effectivement on a tendance à trop valoriser les ténors aux détriments des autres catégories de chanteurs, notamment basses profondes que personnellement je préfère et même j'adore ! 💖🌞
Какой красивый, густой, объёмный голос! Чудо!

HIS VOICE ALONE GIVES ME THE CHILLS.
@@МилаЖураховская Seleznev is a basso profondo (oktavist) without a doubt, and the voice of Boris Gmyria strikes me as a fine example of basso cantante, somehow like Hvorostovsky, which is more a basso cantante than a baritone....
Beautiful sounds reverberate from the authentic accents of their mother tongue - Ukrainian!!

My goodness, what a deep depth that young man has. And the choir beautiful balances his richness plus the music just echo the emotions
Utterly mind-blowingly phenomenal; an all-round triple BRAVOS performance !!! And the soloist has everything: great voice, great technique (and great looks, too) !!!! 😯😯🙂🙂 WOW !!!! Added later: I am an 80 years old concert soloist and choirmaster, and spent decades trying to achieve such a clear low range. He has it all!! Also plaudits to the chorus and director. We see too little of him, but he is obviously a master musician. In all my years in music, I have to confess to be overwhelmed by this performance. Again, triple BRAVOS and best wishes!!!😃😃😃 (I had to sing the last passage up an octave: envious but admiring of this young man. 🙂🙂) I heard Monteur in his late 80's and the wonderful Stokowski at over 80 in Boston and later in London( all marvelously nuanced interpretations) Of course I am not in tha6 outstanding class, but like them, I'm aiming for 100, to make good music, and support the fine younger musicians and directors I may find, until God calls me home. I hope there is music in Heaven !!!
❤️

Автором слів цієї пісні інколи називають Михайла Миколайовича Петренка. Це частково так, тому що лише деякі рядки з поезії Михайла Петренка збереглися в цій пісні, що стала народною.
What a voice!!! I have had the great privilege of seeing and hearing Dmitry and the Choir live. I cannot begin to explain how awesome that was and I listen to their music constantly. There are many clips of the Кубанский Казачий Хор on UA-cam to enjoy!

The upside of Social Media , Russia that vast , wild ..mysterious. .beautiful Country is open to the World BUT I pray that Russia doesn't follow the American culture of fast food rubbish and no moral compass where L.G.B.T.Q.I. seem to have more ( so called ) Human Rights than people like myself and my family who are heterosexual . As a Finn I listen a lot of old Russian songs. Some tell me that I am "weird" when I listen melancholy music which is not actually melancholy for me. This kind of songs are power music for me. Bass singers from Russia are awesome as well as baritones and other type of voices. I love deep voice singers and I am sure that Dmitry will become an international bass singer. We lost Dima Hvorostovsky but his recordings and beautiful memory will survive for ever. Dima Seleznev as a bass singer will make an international carrieer.
