    Keep us updated on your new stove - I'm looking for another stove. Currently I have a GE that has two ovens, but the range top is very similar to yours. I'm finding that my bottom oven loses temperature drastically when I use both ovens at the same time......which is what I thought the point of having two ovens was 🤨.
    I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the different hydration levels - I'm making Rose Homestead's (Mary Rose) Sourdough Spelt bread the last couple times I've baked bread. It's stickier than I expected, but very good tasting!
