Do you pull start it by hand then lean back and turn it with your hands? Cables? Wiring?

There was no rigging of cables. I was hoping to see which cable goes where.

nothing on the internet or youtube...cant find 4 pin connector on outboard F150 I was hoing I could sees omething here. but NADA. thanks for showing how to bolt the engine on with 4 people

What does the sealant do on outside?

seals the hole for the bolts that hold the motor on. Holes and boat don't mix
