The problem with too many affinity groups is that division start from one group thinking their cooler or smarter than everyone else.

Offcourse you need experience...no company will hire freshers...even if they have certification...

I hate to see AWS growing as I personally have a opinion that their service is nit good to.the standards for medium enterprise companies ..they are biased based on companies

Read kununu and glassdoor reviews. Good people are leaving this company asap - they burn through their workers. Evil Amazon!
