Japanese spitz are usually known for their low maintenance coat. I wonder if this dog has spay coat? I have a mix, and his coat is so easy to keep, most dirt just falls off when the fur dries, a quick brush through takes care of the rest. He doesn't shed much and matting is also very rare, a brush through every two weeks is fine. He's a mix of primarily Japanese spitz, pomeranian and papillon, looks like a papillon disguised as a golden retriever, very cute ❤️
It looks to me standard sized American Eskimo as spitz(of all descents) are equal to miniature American Eskimo but it's the standard American Eskimo which is some inches taller than the spitz and miniature of its own.
to be COMPLETELY honest i did do and/or PROBABLY will SOMEWHAT like the medium and large sized american eskimo dogs and i did do and/or PROBABLY will really LOVE the small sized american eskimo dogs

Looks so much like my Eskie. Though, mine definitely chooses violence when it comes to trimming nails or most things grooming related.
