It is a must. If you go into Circa from Fremont Street, take the escalator up to the 2nd floor of the casino and it will be right near the sports book. -Paul
Awe thank you ❤️ - I am glad to hear that we have your support because sometimes as the creator we can be VERY critical of our own work so it means a lot to hear that. Thank you for watching and for the support ❤️ -Paul
Man, another great burger place. I think you can go to Vegas and spend an entire vacation just eating great burgers. I might have to give this place a try if we have time when we head out there at the end of the month. Also, fried egg makes everything better, especially burgers.
You’re absolutely right! There are so many burger places in Vegas! I’ve really wanted to do a giant burger tasting video! Perhaps someday. That being said, I do recommend Victory Burger. I really want to go back to try their wings too. And I agree… more fried eggs on top of things should be mandatory. -James
Hi guys! Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I couldn't do both, but I love onion rings & they gave you ALOT of them. Peter Luger's lunch special burger is quite good.
We had a lovely thanksgiving! Thank you! Hopefully you did too! I’ve heard Peter Luger does a great burger! We’ll be staying at Nobu in May, so I’m hoping to check it out while we’re there. -James
Thanks for another great review! I'm finally heading out to Vegas for the first time post-pandemic. A solo trip as my partner of 48 years just can't do it anymore :(. I'll be sending him pics of some of the great meals that you have guided me to. Hope to run into you two someplace. If you've ever considered "guest reviewers" to join you, hit me up!
We hope you have a great visit in Vegas and we are sorry to hear about it having to be a solo trip. We are going to be out there around the last half of this month to film more. If our dates coincide and you run into us, feel free to say hi 👋 and thank you for watching and commenting. We hope you have a great visit. -Paul
Aside from the Truffle Burger at Gordon Ramsay burger, this one might be on the higher part of my list for favorite burgers. But… I am a total glutton so The Hangover Burger is essentially bliss on a bun. I will be honest that it’s a bit pricey, but as we said we never felt “ripped off” because they use that Tri blend of meat and did have some premium ingredients that matched the price point. And after being out in the sun at Stadium Swim, that burger hit the spot. -Paul
Dayumm....I didn't know what I wanted to have for dinner but sold me on Burgers. YUM...these look awesome. Fried Eggs/ = Ummm, YES!!! Very good vid. Salud 🍻
Me and my wife recently went to the Brass Fork at Santa Fe Station for breakfast. She had the avocado toast with coffee as a beverage. Since I work grave shift breakfast time is different for me so I got the BBQ burger with a bloody mary. That burger was so amazing! I don't remember the exact price but I think it was around the $30 to $40 range for our total. Of course I used my employee discount. Yet I ramble. This is really about that burger, I look forward to going back and getting another! Have to try Victory now as well. Cheers!
Oooh… Avocado toast and a BBQ Burger - Both things we enjoy (though James would be all over the Bloody Mary). Victory Burger definitely did surprise us. We went into it thinking it would be just a standard burger and while pricey, it was the perfect food for enjoying after being outside at Stadium Swim that afternoon. -Paul
I am obsessed with your shirt- is it a Roosevelt? These burgers 🍔look amazing, I think we’ll be doing a victory burger vs Gordon Ramsey burger throw down on our trip!
I’m gonna say I’m Team Ramsay on that one, but Victory Burger is still a solid option. The shirt is actually from a fairly cheap (I think out of China) online big and tall store (if I’m not mistaken). Or just another cheap fast fashion site. I saw it, decided to roll the dice, and was pretty pleased with the final product for 30 bucks. -James
But I really want to add some RSVLTS to my collection. They are gorgeous! I just haven’t committed to which ones I want. There’s too many to choose from. I know I want a JAWS one though. -James
Awesome! 1 You guys are perfectly subjective and objective at the same time. Like, those onion rings sound perfect for what I want in an onion ring. 2 Wow! I Gordon Ramsey should get a Nobel Peace Prize. I think that he only charges $15.00 for a hamburger 😁 3 BTW- Here's some constructive criticism: The audio volume fluctuated a lot on this video. Like, it started to dip around the 10:55 mark. I know that I missed the last few words of what Paul was saying at least once. Thanks!
Thank you my friend! I appreciate the criticism. We’ll take a look at the raw footage and see if we can figure out what happened there. In regard to the onion rings, I very rarely meet one I don’t like so my opinion may be biased, but Victory Burger’s were solid. -James
We keep saying that we want to but just haven’t gotten around to actually doing it yet. Though we may have a surprise live stream strip walk in a couple weeks (Dec 18th-25th) when we’re out there next. We’ve got a full schedule, so I can’t make any promises, but we want to try. -James
Those both looked amazing. you mentioned it's not the best burger, so what is the best burger you've ever had? Will you do a burger episode similar to your pizza episode?
That’s a great idea. We haven’t entertained that one yet because of the functionality of it and when we plan out our itinerary it’s usually based around trying to plan out dining for hotel videos, which can eat into time and/or stomach space. But it’s a great idea that we will add onto the idea board 👍 As for great burgers - I have a few great options: Capons at Fontainebleau Promenade Food Hall - good for when you want that “classic” pickled and burger sauce style of burger The Truffle Burger at Gordon Ramsay Burger - I’m just a truffle fan and there was also the fried egg on it with frisée instead of lettuce. Of course the Hangover Burger from this episode. Of those 3 - The Truffle Burger at Gordon Ramsay is my favorite but all 3 options are in my top 3 so far. We watch a lot of Norma Geli and her favorite is that smash burger from Lola Burger at Proper Eats inside Aria, since we will be at Aria this month we will give it a try, as well as the burgers at Posh Burger also inside Aria. Since we haven’t done those two yet, we cannot verify for ourselves until we try them. We also have done Bobby’s Burgers and while delicious, the price point is a bit high, and both Gordon Ramsay and Victory Burger felt more worth the price whereas Bobby Flay… It was a good burger but not worth what they charge. -Paul
I love your videos...I live for Saturdays with James and Paul! ❤
Awww. Thank you! That means so much to us.
-James
Those burgers and shakes look delicious. It's definitely a must try. Great video ❤

@@JamesandPaulTryitAll thanks Paul. I appreciate that. Spring 2025.
Victory Burger was amazing when I ate there. I watched football on the sports book screens that the place overlooks while I ate.
It has a killer view of the sportsbook!
-James
At this point, I've concluded that you 2 CANNOT make a bad video.
Awe thank you ❤️ - I am glad to hear that we have your support because sometimes as the creator we can be VERY critical of our own work so it means a lot to hear that.
Thank you for watching and for the support ❤️

So true.
We’re always looking for places to eat downtown. We didn’t even know this option was there, so thx.
It’s definitely one of those places that is very easy to miss if you’re not aware of it! I’d go back anytime I was staying at Circa or nearby.
-James

We’re sold!! Now craving burgers 😊

Glad you enjoyed this one.
Doesn’t a fried egg just make a burger instantly better?

You guys do great videos. Have you ever thought about doing any Vegas livestreams?

Wow you guys are pretty fun to watch! Next time you should make a video with your wives!
Lol.
-James
Hahahaha 😂😂😂
Yes… James and I are really good “friends” and “roommates” - our “wives” are in a parallel dimension in the multiverse 😂😂😂

@ that’s awesome! Thanks for the info.
I’m happy you can trade to an Impossible Burger.
I’ve definitely noticed them popping up on more menus in Vegas lately.
