I remember reading so much about the royal guard being the ultimate defenders of Palpatine in the Legends timeline that it is absolutely disappointing how Disney Canon has underutilized them.
@@LoxyLight They actually did, however only as background pieces. (Notable example being Rogue One in Vader's castle) But when it comes to them actually doing anything, so far Disney hasn't used them yet.

Frankly, the depiction in Rebels pretty much proves my point in Disney not portraying the guard in a way that actually shows their competence and ability. Sure they suspended Ezra in the air with their force pikes, as that weapon is made to do, however after that they just sat there and let the Stormtroopers do everything else, I guess forgetting that they as well had weapons.

I hate SWOTOR because it has some genuinely great ideas and content but it also butchers the KOTOR elements and adds obvious rip-offs of PT and OT designs. You wanna know how to do what they were trying to do effectively? Look at the designs in Episode III. Look at the ARC-170 as a precursor to the X-wing, the Eta-2 as a precursor to the TIE Fighter, the Venator as a precursor to the ISD, Phase II armour as a precursor to Stormtrooper Armour. Then look at the Republic Trooper and die more deaths than Vitiate inside.
To be fair, PC isn't superior, rather, it's everywhere. Industries, homes and even consoles - yes - consoles!, only that what we call "pc" is better defined as "end-user repairs and upgrade rights and freedom", or EURAURF. (To fit with the video's theme of Star Wars and Empire stuff. Edit, another thing, Crucial is a good choice for say SSDs since their devices is on-par with say Samsung and others, their RAM sticks is kind of below Samsung but is cheaper, which is usually good enough for most consumers looking to upgrade their computers RAM-memory and so on.

The red guard helmets are very similar to the Neo Crusader helmets from the Old Republic era
