I followed these directions and made these brownies yesterday. They are very delicious :) (especially if you have not been consuming sugar and have detoxed from that). The best part about the brownies is the texture... perfect cake-brownie combo. Great if you've been missing that on keto. I didn't make the caramel sauce. I sprinkled a tiny bit of keto brown sugar on top instead before baking. One note: I cooked in a clear 8×8 Pyrex dish in an electric range and it took around 33 minutes to complete. I ate it with some whipped cream and it was delicious
So I made this recipe today, and oh my God!!!! This is the most delicious brownies I’ve ever had!!! 100 times better than store-bought brownies. I was so shocked of how delicious they are and they are low-carb and no sugar.. Mayra you are a genius!!! I will honestly say I will never buy brownies at the store again.. you really hit it with this one. I’ve already shared it with all my friends and family! Girl, I cannot wait to try the rest of your recipes. Thank you so much!! you’re making my weight loss journey easy!!!
I just made them today for the very first time! They are amazing! The only thing I changed was the sweetener. I only had monk fruit on hand! Delicious! Thank you so much for doing what you do! ❤
Girl, my mouth is watering over these! I’m pregnant and doing my best to eat healthy for the baby but these cravings are no joke! I’m totally making these!! Thank you! ❤❤
Pecans and pralene ice cream was one of my favorites growing up so this brownie recipe would probably be the best brownie one id choose. Looks bomb!! 😊
Definitely love you even more for this!! I’m still on my weight loss journey and your channel has always been my go too to find healthier options like these brownies and more!! Definitely planning on making these this week!! Thank you Myra for all you do!! 💗💗💗🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
If you wet the parchment paper you can mold it and it stays put. Just shake off excess water first. 🙏 This looks delicious. Will definitely give it a try. 🙏
These look wonderful. A hint for the parchment paper is to wet it and wring the water out well before putting it in the pan. It will better conform to your pan.
I am so excited cause I learned how to look up your recipes. I was having trouble. I will look in the comments and I say these are peoples comments not her recipes now I’m so happy because I’m getting your recipes. Thank you so much. I really appreciate you. Keep up all the good work.
@@LowCarbLove Hey lady, great recipe however, your site “print” button doesn’t do anything, and there are no instructions for making the Carmel sauce. I want to make these for Mother’s Day ! Thank you!
I recently used one of those air fryer parchment squares to put my keto fudge ( just melted sf choc chips & peanut butter) in instead of dealing with the aggravation of cutting or squishing the paper in the pan. It worked great! I didn’t even use a pan at all for that. Just spread it in and the sides stayed up. I bet they would work for baking the brownies. Just put in the 8x8 pan and put in the batter. I can’t wait to make this! I love your caramel sauce btw. Thanks!
These look amazing but I'm scared to try any other Choc Zero products. I made your peanut butter, 2 ingredients cookies with CZ maple syrup and they were so simple and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately it gave me the blues. My stomach cramped so badly it was almost unbearable. A few months later I tried it again (I'm a glutton for punishment.😅) and the same thing happened. I think I'll try it with Lilly chips.
Low carb love, can I ask how you calculated this net carb for the Fudgy Turtle Recipe ? I am not understanding how to calculate this down to 2 Net Carbs. Looks delish.
I'm literally salivating.... yummm! Question, can I substitute the allulose out for swerve (equal parts)? I already have a lot of Swerve on hand, but if I really need to get Allulose, I will
You are wearing a sweatshirt that says Aspen and you’re making Rocky Mountain brownies. Sitting here in Northern Colorado thinking you should come visit! ❤❤
Looks good but I would still Make with sugar like half sugar and half Allulose sweetener, but since I will be using some sugar I’ll add cinnamon to recipe for blood control ….. 🤔
Hey Myra! I doubt you remember me but I commented on your PB Brownies maybe but anyways I literally just put the tres leche cake mug cake in the frisge before clicking on this! We are all caramel fans and so this would be SOOO good to try!! I lysm Myra ty for everything
Iam just found your channel I absolutely love ❤️ love 💕 love 💗 you your personality in every way. Your absolutely gorgeous you alone just make me want to lose lol 😆. I wish I lived where you are you just seem awesome to hang with. Thank you so much for your videos.
I love your recipes, Mayra! Every time I watch you, I notice you have swag with your hands and neck movement! Are you from NY?! That's how us NYers do it😂. Or as in New Yawk😅😅 our New Yawk accent!
I saw a video where lady said you wet parchment paper (it's parched lol) and it adhers easily to pan. Supposed to not change flavor of food or change heating time.
I’m new to keto. When I read the recipe online, it says 48g carb, net 2 g. So. The rest of the grams in allulose don’t count? I know we can deduct fiber but I didn’t know allulose was so high in carb but we can subtract it. Is that true?
Be careful using so much allulose. There is a recommended limit of a "maximum single serving of 0.4 grams of allulose per kilogram of body weight and a maximum daily total of 0.9 grams per kilogram. So a person with a body weight of 132 pounds (60 kilograms) can consume a maximum of 24 grams of allulose in a single serving and 54 grams daily." That's still a good amount, just never eat the whole batch of brownies with one cup of allulose in it.

Yes Mayra you did it again. It looks like the best brownie ever and the homemade caramel drizzle just sets it off🎉
I made a pan this evening and they were delicious! They tasted as if they were made with regular flour. Thank you for the recipe.
Pecans and pralene ice cream was one of my favorites growing up so this brownie recipe would probably be the best brownie one id choose. Looks bomb!! 😊
I’m going to make this! I’ll use white chocolate chips and cacao powder because that’s all I have available.

I take my parchment paper and scrunch it up and wet it completely, squeezing the water out and it fits just fine. 😊
Great tip! 🙌🏼
I was just coming to see if this was a reply. Great tip:)
I can’t wait to make it..😋😍
GREAT advice, thanks!
You're putting the batter on the Wet parchment paper?

I've been badly in need of a brownie recipe like the one I grew up eating... nuts included PLUS caramel inside. 👍🏾👏🏾

To make SALTED CARAMEL BROWNIES, would you just sprinkle some coarse salt on top?
I’m not positive if this works but I’ve seen if you wet your parchment paper with water, crunch it up then place in pan good to go!😎!
I can’t wait to make this recipe!
Make it and let me know how you live them 🫶🏼
Ooooo thanks!!! Can’t wait to try these!! ❤❤❤❤ I think I might try cocoa butter in this recipe
You are so refreshingly delightful. The recipes are a wonderful plus.
They look incredible.
You're a low carb dessert wizard😮.
Looks good but I would still
Make with sugar like half sugar and half Allulose sweetener, but since I will be using some sugar I’ll add cinnamon to recipe for blood control ….. 🤔
looks great.
it actually has 48 total grams of carbs though?
Thank you. I was wondering what the macros were.
What's in it that's high in carbs?
Instead of parchment paper, what about using an air fryer liner❓
Ty for all your recipes and recommendations. 💛
Hope you don’t mind me asking, but how’s your daughter and Donnie?
Thanks Mayra. Cheers.
You post the best recipes!
Myra I love the brownies but where the recipe for the caramel

Parchment paper - scrunch it up and run it under water. Smooth out in your dish.
Me too Myra!! I can hurt myself on brownies!!!
Those brownies look so yummy!! 😋
I think you forgot the vanilla extract, looks so yummy still!!!
Ooooomagosh, that looks so good! I'm super excited to make this for my family.🎉 Tfs, Mayra!❤
What other sweeteners can I use instead of allulose.Ty
I'm allergic to almonds. Is there anything I can substitute for the almond flour and almond milk?
does it have to be allulose powder or can it be granular?

I like that you have an ebook… do you think you’ll turn into into a print book soon? I’d love to order it on Amazon!
You can use applesauce in place of butter ❤
Thanks so much! Spray the bottom of your pan too :)
It doesn’t have to be allulose right? It’s banned in Canada.
Oh no!
I’m obsessed with the crustless cheesecake lol I make a different version every week 😂❤
Wow that looks delicious Mayra. 👍👍👍
Did you use milk chocolate chips or dark?
Love you. You inspire me ❤❤❤
Those look delicious! Im going to have to go to store now!
Please make nut free options keto deserts
Looks so good I'm going to make this ❤
What would be a good replacement for eggs? There is an egg allergy in my house.
I'm stunned speechless once again!!! 😮
Is the caramel sauce just mixed together or how it is made?
The thumbnail alone I was drooling 🤤 🤤.
That look so good right now 😊 don’t forget the milk 🥛

About how many calories are in a serving?
You can follow the link in the description to her website. I'm sure it says.
I made these and they were dry and crumbly and definitely not fudgy like hers and I only cooked them for about 13-15 minutes

Just out of curiosity, how many grams of protein a day do you shoot for?
I saw vanilla extract on the counter but didn't see you add that in the recipe..is there vanilla extract in the recipe?
I'm going to try this recipe ❤🎉
Hope you enjoy like I did! 🩷
I wonder if I could use monk fruit for this
😲omg!!🤩😍❤️❤️ it looks SO good!
Crumble wax paper then put in pan.
I wish there was alternative to these low carb sweeteners just about all of of them give tummy problems .. even Choc zero ..
I made this and it came out more cakey than fudgy
Thanks so much ‘❤

How do i get your recipes with the measurements?

What can you use instead of butter
Olive oil, avocado oil, applesauce
No vanilla?
