Been watching y'alls videos for years now. It's pretty mind-boggling some of the things y'all have achieved with your toolpath/work-holding strategies. I've been modeling them here in my shop. We cut mostly Aluminum, Stainless and Carbon Fiber products. My personal favorite is ripping aluminum in full-depth side milling cuts on our Haas VF-6 with Kennametal KOR5 endmills. Keep up the great work guys!
Incredible machines on that floor with a team of people working together helping others rise to greatness. Pretty cool in my book. Much love and gratitude to you guys.
Happy New Year to the Titan CNC crew, you are bringing the next generation of CNC machinists to the forefront of the industry and the best part is the education is free to them who wish to participate and move up their skill set to bring them all to the next level, keep up the amazing work 👍
I would enjoy these videos if they were on a haas. It’s a more common machine! Push the machine and the tool to the limits so we can learn the skills to work around machine limitations.
Everytime I see material turn purple, I hope that isn't titanium and that it doesn't in any way affect the material properties of the finish product. On a side note, do ya'll have or plan to make videos on CNC AI like Siemens NX and plugins like CloudNC Cam Assist?
the machining industry has become like the gold mining industry... the profit margins are getting thinner and thinner, the equipment more expensive and the ONLY 3 ways to be profitable are to either be a top notch CNC volume shop, a specially or a niche shop (3d printing, special alloys, extreme precision or or specially licensed), or one that can handle very large parts like those from construction and manufacturing equipment.
you have small machines and big machines. when is it time for the truely massive ones ? you know those thats big enough to take a block the size of the hella machines into there work emvelope with room to spear ? the one you see me on in my newest video was only the middle size machines i worked on. the lathe could take the doosan between centers and turn it well the mill could take the hella in it's work emvelope and mill the whole thing. and those where only the medile/medium size machines i use
@Titan i love how your message resonates with so many people of all backgrounds including someone like myself who isnt even in the trade. Happy New Year to everyone🎉
well i watched for a few minutes and heard alot of talking but never saw any limits being pushed so im going to assume thats what your company is all about all talk and let someone else push limits right pffft weak
I love how you push the machines and tooling to the limit so you can see what’s possible!!

is this guy a gift from God or what !
Are you still running a production shop? Is there another area we don't see that is still producing parts for customers?
i think they just do the vids on the weekend or after the usual work is done
@@AChicken-sh1gc If that is a production shop with production equipment, then Wow! Everything looks brand new and spotless.
How much for one of those snare drums??

Just bought my first cnc, it’s a cheap Chinese CNC but she cuts !
how much was it
@ 600 Canadian
Looks impressive but those black and blue chips means your introducing way to much heat. Heat is the enemy...slow down..
