Just picked one up, the electric titan. drove to maxville, traded a used passenger seat I had for my king quad 700 lol. Definitely made serious profit, worn 5 times. All accessories were in the bag 👌👌🙌 Excited to try it out. Tha KS for the review Louis.
Would you recomend this helmet for someone is SK that wants a helmet for quad mud wheelin during summer and winter ditch/trail wheelin when it gets in the -10 to -20? I just like the looks better than the OG Titan.
I’ve grown to really enjoy your channel and all the great content that is uploaded. I do have one question if you don’t mind. Right now I borrow my friends extra sled whenever all of us go out on the trail and I’m tired of being the mooch of the group. I have a fairly low budget and I want to learn how to rebuild sleds so my plan is to buy a very cheap sled I can learn to do rebuilds on over the summer once school lets out (even if it’s a complete failure I’m fine with just the experience I’ll gain). The one problem I have is that I have very little mechanic skills, pretty much just your basic car and sled maintenance. What do you think is the best way to go about this? Should I start on a few lawnmowers or something similar to get my feet wet or just dive in with a sled? And also if there are any books or other resources you could recommend I would greatly appreciate it. I do know the kind of investments I would have to make on tools, I’d much rather spend the same amount of money on a cheap sled and tools I’ll have forever than a good running sled.
I wonder if you can buy the goggles separate from that black helmet tho? I'd love their other graphics but they don't seem to offer them with the electric lenses...
Anyone ever try hooking the goggles to a milwaukee battery pack? such as the ones that come with the heated jackets? I already run the heated jacket when its cold enough and would be nice to be able to just use the same battery.
Hands down best helmet I have ever owned. I literally have zero complaints!! Okay 1, wish the cord came with a magnetic one. I forget sometimes and get my head yanked by the cord. My falt of course.
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and finally thinking about getting this helmet. I have the bvs2, yes I’m a trail rider, but I’m wondering how you think the helmet would be in cold weather trail riding. With my current helmet I can ride at 0 degrees F comfortable, little chill but manageable.
Hey thanks for watching! if you trail ride and its cold you just need the trail version of this helmet and youll be just fine. Contact me thru our website and ill hook you up!
Is this a legitimate carbon fibre helmet with an actual lighter weight than their other Titan line-up? I own a CKX Titan currently and love it but I’d like to get this if it is in fact lighter in weight. I also like the electric heated goggle idea with the battery pack.
I put paintball goggle clip on fans to keep from fogging glasses and goggles they are great for summer with fog and cooling just a idea that might help someone else
What battery pack are you using? That's a really cool idea, I just broke my cord in my shield because it was my first time using a heated visor and I forgot I had it connected. Dangit
@@PowerModzOfficial I just searched your website and nothing came up for "battery" or "battery pack" is there a link you could send me? Or is it specific for those goggles?
@@PowerModzOfficial Yes..there is this some kind of "plate" and I did put a mount with 3M tape to it and attached a my SJCAM action camera to it. I wanted to know the if this is a good seal to the face, I have problems with air getting inside the goggle and drying my eyes out while riding, or should I just go with a full shield?
I froze my nose - found air leak. Left me looking like I just climbed mount everest. I tried as hard as I could to cover the air leak but kept coming back
That thing looks great! Could the Titan Airflow be used in summer ATVing including in 90 F temps? Is it as vented as a motocross helmet? They indicate the insulation can be removed and its "built like a motocross helmet". I would love integrated goggles like that too! Not electric for the summer, but made for the helmet.
@@ramsayferguson8706 I did end up buying one and it was great in the summer months as far as the heat goes. I was very pleased with that and I rode with it on 90 plus degree days. However I did just sell it a couple weeks ago for one big reason. The peak/visor Was way too high. I assume because it is a backcountry mountain sled they figure you're going to be looking up the mountain and will need more vertical visibility. What this amounted to was sun was never able to be blocked from my eyes I had to look down at the gas tank to block any sun. This is why I sold it, otherwise I really liked the helmet and the goggle quick release system. Good helmet and I can't fault it because I did not buy it for it's intended use. Now I think I'm going to try a motorcycle dual sport helmet with flip down visor and adjustable sun peak since most of the time I don't ride behind other people so I'm hoping dust in the eyes won't be too too bad without motocross goggles.
@@JonLabbe Thank you! Really appreciate such a detailed reply. I have been focusing my search on dual sport helmets until I saw this.
