I just need a transmission swap from automatic to 6 speed manual and I'll spend the $ under the hood for the ultimate sleeper. Just need to save it up for awhile. Since it's more than just the turbo setup that needs to be done as in recommendations.

r18s from what i know aren't very good at handling power and they're more for economy driving, it's much better to turbocharge a k series
