@@gamegeargirl8086 I wanna know too. Just started watching these videos and I'm an avid game lover who is trying to start up a massive retro collection now (the worst time) lol
The fact that you give these games away for free is awesome. Some of them though I was surprised at the prices. But I guess that makes it even more awesome that you give them away. Dream job. Thanks Rick! Hope to run into ya at Retropalooza!
This is comfort food for my soul. I was born in '84 and had both giants of the 16 bit era. I played so many of these. Over the last 15 yrs or so, I've had the opportunity to finally play through & beat some all time classics that alluded me as a kid (over various platforms, mediums). Just last year I played through Mario RPG for the 1st time, what a fun game. It's perfect for a first time or just inexperienced RPG player...Now I'm on to FF III, & Chrono Trigger. All new to me.
@damonke79 Yeah I know. As a person who considers himself a retro gamer, I left a big gap w/RPG's. As a kid, I was on Ritalin for being hyperactive, so I guess there was some ADD with the RPGs...I hope Seven Stars was a good training ground.
Should have added your own stuff to the list.... definitely should have had Turtles in Time, Killer Instinct and Super Street Fighter 2 was the best of the games for SNES.
Hi Rick, although I'm not much of a collector myself, I really enjoy watching your videos. I think your collection is really amazing. In the Super Nintendo area, I definitely recommend you to get the European version of the console. This one is much nicer and the games have a nice roundness. Of course, it's a matter of taste, but you can take a look at it. Keep up the good work! Many greetings from Germany 🤗
@4:40 I worked out a trade with that dude for his copy of King of Dragons SNES (which I would consider a top 25 SNES game) the Saturday of the expo. Pretty chill guy!
Retro always coming with the 🔥🔥🔥 content. Always picking up the 🔥🔥🔥 and getting some deals. And yes I’m surprised Turtles is not on the list. As always Retro great content.
So very close! Man oh man. That was a fun challenge even though the list was flawed. Turtles In Time and Zombie Ate My Neighbors should be on that list for sure.
Im happy to see Tetris Attack on that list. My sister isnt a gamer or anything but we could have battles for hours on that game, we just love it! Great video as alwasy c:
People forget how important companies sponsoring things like this is. The money going in to buying goes to the vendors at the expos as well as supporting channels.
Not on that list, Illusion of Gaia. When I was growing up I LOVED that game. Made sure to buy a copy BNIB just so I could open it myself. Even got my wife hooked on it. Very underrated game.
Awesome Vid! You should make a list of Your top 25 favorite video games of all time. And then try to find them at a convention. Also, are you going to Retropalooza Dallas in October?
9:39 I feel your pain Rick. Thank god that the TMNT Cowabunga Collection is coming out next Tuesday (as of posting this comment) and it includes Turtles in Time SNES in it.
@@retrorick It breaks my Beat 'em Up game/TMNT shaped heart but I'll let it slide this time for taking the time to respond back to my comment. Thanks Rick.
$ 80 for F-Zero and Super Castlevania 4 wow and super Metriod for $ 80 these were the games I was surprised the most about. I remember when these were cheaper even last year I saw them go for cheaper in a store. Cool video. ^_^
dude I live in that old video rental store city tnt video in that video all the shelves with vhs and displays and tapes in the windows are still up but it's been closed for like 15 years like someone went home and never returned .
Earthworm Jim remains criminally underrated. Leaving this comment so that others that scour the comment section to see if anyone mentions won’t be disappointed.
K.i. 2 and final fight 2 are some of my favorites. But I can't believe what the price of these snes games are going for. I have a stash of old systems and games that I've kept from 90s till now that I might have to start checking to see what it might be worth.
I doubt many will agree but how is SIMCITY not considered a Top 25 game? It is in my book! I don’t know of any other game in the system that is so chill and relaxing - it’s truly special that way and I’ve but hundreds of hours into it in my lifetime.
I mean, it's the Super Nintendo we're talking about? Practically every games on the SNES should be on "Best Of" and "Top" lists, realistically. The majority of the games on the system are above average and a _lot_ of them are solid 8+ out of 10. I could easily think of a Top 25 and they'd all be basically 9s or 10s out of 10, maybe even Top 50, _easily_.
The days when u would go to the rental to check out the super Nintendo games .🤤🔥 Than u would go buy them.i traded my killer instinct game for maximum Carnage .
Only ones I don’t own yet on this list are Mario paint and mk2, which I honestly don’t know how paint is a top 20 game, with all the other more solid games on this library to choose from
Why is everyone so shocked when great games are missing from a list that greatly limits the amount of games you can have on it? You can't do a top 25 SNES game list without missing a plethora of it's best games. It's like trying to put 10 pounds of sugar in a 1 pound bag, it's impossible. Try 250 best SNES games list and you'll be able to get *almost* all of them, but only if you limit it to NA releases only.
Hi Rick, from France ! I like your vidéos ! A question : N64 games prices seems too high. In other vidéo : 35 dollars for 007 cadrige only ? Pokémon stadium cadrige 70 ??
Definitely needed Zombies ate my neighbours on there and turtles in time, I'm glad mario kart, mario world and link to the past needed to be on there. Mario paint shouldn't be there lol that shit was awful haha
Come hang out on August 25th for a chance to win all these Super Nintendo games! whatnot.com/invite/retrorick

Mario Paint 😳
