In the book that the movie was based on it was clear that Lady Ashmore was in love with the major. Until the kiss Kerr was almost hostile toward Brynner. No woman in her right mind would have preferred Jason Robard to Brynner.
Love it! I first saw one of your clips with these two in this movie & it made want to see this movie & so I bought & absolutely loved it! That kiss was amazing! Wow! Thanks for making!
I hated the ending to this movie but understand that there was no other choice. By freeing the group and seeing Deborah go, his life and career was over. Like his horse he had to be put out of his misery. He gave up everything for this woman who spent most of the time “ repeating “ no, no , no” and only gave him one measly kiss.
And I really couldn't understand her! How could you walk away from that man?! I think she was in love with him too but felt responsible for that other guy.
The Journey was a very underrated movie. I loved it. Great character development.
Very good movie! Yul Brynner is great. Romance and so much passion. Great chemistry between Yul Brynner and Deborah Kerr.
One of the best kisses of all time
How lady Ashmore could say” please let me go” after that kiss I’d never know.99% of women would have stayed and begged for more.
My favorite movie but can’t access it to enjoy it in full anymore; only in parts
The Major was so in love with Lady Ashmore...he would have done everything for her. Wow...Yul and Deborah ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
He did, he gave up his life! He would have been shot for treason had he survived the freedom fighters!😪
OMG, this is amazing!! This what we call legendary actors and actresses!!💙💙💙💙💙💙
Le charisme sous sa forme la plus pure.
Beautiful love story. So much love.
And heartbreak ...
Super video and music 👍Amaizing Yul and Deborah RIP♥️

Great memorial! Without the music, please, so we can hear the voices throughout the clip. Thanks!
Omg. He wanted to possess her.
this music is all wrong for these scenes... in fact, any music would just interfere with the passion here...
