- This video is the second part of building the exhaust system for the racing lawnmower! The thumbnail is kind of hard to see but explain how else I should do it lmao. It is full dual exhaust and has a nice deep tone with no popping noises that sounds phenomenal!

Racing mower is pretty much "done" but as with any project it is not "complete". Next video is gonna be about the off-road mower, something I have been wanting to do for a while!
I love you
I love you so much you inspired me to make my own racing lawn mower and I just wanted to let you know I have 14 lawn mowers right now and now I started my own lawn mower business I am 11 years old and I love your videos so much to please give me a shout-out please let's all I want I have my own UA-cam channel with 54 subscribers
Alright! Maybe one day dude!
@@IngenTechNational do you have an Instagram that I can message you on
I see you are doing some great stuff with this project!
Yeah lol!
Sounds really good !
Basically made a h pipe on a mower. Would like to see a x pipe
Sounds a bit like a Ford 300 I6 to me
very ugly roughneck Tuning but man - it's the very best sound I found on YT after watching several mower exhaust modifications. Very nice, I will try to copy this sound. Thanks for showing
Np man lol.
Cool following you dude. I'm building a Craftsman 21.5hp now. Got it lowered and doing exhaust and body now. Thinking to use a car muffler just for fun. I'll eventually put it on UA-cam and hope you check it out. Keep posting! I enjoy them.
Thank you sir! Good luck with your build!
Dude I need more behind the wheel time on mine, cause dam you can shift that thing smooth.
Not sure about yours, but is downshifting even a thing with these transmissions? Seems like with the clutch in, it still only wants to roll as fast (or as slow) as whatever gear its in.
I spose im expecting it to behave like a car, and that's probably not gonna happen by design.
You can downshift but it is not that great for these transmissions, I would get most of the way slowed down then downshift some. If moving fast then maybe one gear at a time but if you are skipping gears downshifting then slow down a good bit before doing so. You can do what you want but that is how I go when I drive this mower.
@@IngenTechNational i found out the hard way rolling up to a stop sign, tried to put in 1st while still rolling out of 5th gear and about ate the steering wheel. Might have knocked the earth off it's axis.
@@dogsandwich77 Oh wow lmao!
Dual exhaust with side pipes on a mower is very cool! I like the fact that you use a lot of materials that you have to keep your costs down. I’m jealous that you have a welder. Did you buy it or is it something that was already available to you? What type of welder would you recommend to a first time welder? Harbor Freight??
It is my stepdads but I am the one mainly using it obviously lol, but it is a Northern Industrial welder at around 100-150 dollars or so. I never used Harbor Freight but I wouldn't go the cheapest one they have, the welder I use seems great but if you want Harbor Freight then probably the Titanium brand maybe. Lincoln or Miller might have some small budget welders.
Nice
I have to wonder if my video gave you this idea LoL.
Idk lmao!
What have you done to get that mower to rev so high
Just bypass the governor. Only do it if you have a pulley swap so you won't blow the motor immediately.
The idea is a good one, that is a sure heck of a project thats for sure. Eventually i'll post a video of doin somethin like that. I just got an airbox off of an 18 horse so i can run filtration. Im also runnin with a hood, if i was runnin hoodless i would do like a blower scoop type of thing, like with the butterfly openings or so, kinda like whats on top of old fashioned blown big blocks.
Oh alright!
sounds great! I have a stock reproduction muffler because I wanted mine quiet for taking it in a parade.
Alright!
I’ve got a racing mower with a similar hood as your off-road mower, do you know what the part number for the lens is, I can’t find it anywhere
I honestly don't know man, i'm sorry but I can't find anything.
@@IngenTechNational ah ok no worries, they may not sell the lens anymore but I’ll keep looking, but thanks anyway.
@@King_Of_Mowers No problem!
New subscriber here!! I love the sound of an opposed twin engine. I am building a 1928 Morgan and using an opposed twin with a turbo on the front as the engine. Really cool.
I would like to see that turbo lol!
@@IngenTechNational Absolutely. My first UA-cam video will probably be the building of the opposed twin.
cool exhaust
Thanks man!
Buddy converted it into a car “complement”
Dude, I finally acquired me a twin flathead! It sitting in a 1993 Craftsman GT6000, so basically it's time to build some exhaust 😎
Thats awesome!
Good video!! It would be cool if you got a mini bike and made a build series on it.
I'm thinking about it lmao!
@@IngenTechNational you definitely should!!!
Sounds great bud!
just picked up one of those engines it’s a 42ci the 46 is apparently a super rare one
Oh wow, didn't know that lol. Mine says 46 in the main number though so I am guessing it is a 46.
That thing cooks!
Just saying you should do a video of just riding around and getting peoples reaction to the race mower
Idk if that will fly too good lmao!
@@IngenTechNational lol I know
you're super underrated
LoL
What transmission are you running?
