I'm always jumping between one subject to another. I basically never do anything skill based for very long. One minute I'm watching UA-cam, the next I'm drawing, gaming, reading, watching a movie, and the next, I'm thinking about what I should be doing instead of actually doing anything for longer than a half hour.
Thanks, I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem! Things are more manageable for me at this moment and I'm learning to accept this condition as more of a way to test my limits rather than inhibit me. Hope you all are doing fine too and have something to hold onto in case you fall, sincerely!
This is me. I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was younger, and it might be helpful to have a diagnosis for more self-understanding, but also to plan for coping strategies.
You are not alone, focus is probably the most important thing when we want to leard or have something done. Without the focus we can't achieve a thing. It's also a skill,( how to stay focused on something) worthy of our time and effort.
To everyone here you are the 10% of people who knows what they have, and is trying or learning how to fix this thing that makes people not go as far as their potential could lead them to. One advise i can give to you is find out who you are as a person ,learn your flaws, learn the goods things about yourself. the way to do this is by doing a dopamine detox and just asking yourself questions and once you know who you are and why your here, try to work on yourself. And Remember do something you love and not for the money
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,703 subs and > 1k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
Me being indecisive had result on me becoming a job hopper lol. Like I’m so desperate not to have a employment gap, I would just take whoever calls me first among the places I applied. Then later on a better offer ends up calling later and I would take that. Then I realize I’m not happy, I would go back to my former job, then another offer with better opportunity calls. Indecisiveness is ruining my life 😢
I am being indecisive now about everything from my content to starting my own blog. Grrr it’s annoying!!! I just can’t seem to push myself to start something.
