I was burnt out too, starting in 2020, and had progressively accumulated many physical and mental health issues, including, among other things, loss of creativity, loss of interest/motivation, and some very frustrating short-term memory loss. I quit my full time job in March this year and still very much feel like I'm in the process of recovery. Give it time and give yourself grace. You got this.
