That’s way too cheap. Are you including cleaning the fence in your pricing? I get at least $100 an hour pressure washing. Not being a dick just trying to figure out if I want to do this.
No worries man! This is just an example. You should definitely plug the labor numbers you see fit into the equations I talk about to get the desired results.

Could u just give me a ball park estimate of how much to charge. I've stained plenty of times before but it was for a temp company so they played me hourly.

Always did them in commercial by the linear foot. $15 a foot for balcony railings at 8’ long would be $120 a balcony. Adjust your numbers accordingly if needed depending on the footage of course.
