This was very helpful, thank you!
If I can offer a constructive crit as a highly visual person with a background in character animation and illustration, it's just that the body language featured in the thumbnail and channel icon may be making an unintended statement. Your in-video persona and smile are very natural, earnest, relaxed and down-to-earth, which seems to contrast with this tightened smirk that communicates slyness, facetiousness, and conceit. I'm no body language analyst, this is just my unsolicited impression as someone who draws facial expressions, but your other thumbnails give a more approachable and genuine vibe.
Thanks again for the great content. ✌️

@@nicoleenesse I've been enjoying your videos. I need your take on a few things with respect to Cybersecurity.
So I'm currently working in the commercial real estate/property management space where i serve as the Assistant administrator for an access control system, activating and deactivating credentials or key fobs (Brivo Onair software); and Envoy's workplace visitor management software. I do other ancillary technology stuff too like audio-visual (AV) set up in conference rooms, WiFi connection etc. For somebody like me looking to go into the Cybersecurity space, what will be the starting point or which certification do you think I should take?
I also do have a public health background and looking to go into Cybersecurity. What certification do you recommend or suggest I take?
I would be most grateful if you can help me with this, and possibly some resources you can direct me to. Thanks.

Stay away from the M processors on MacBooks because they do not easily support virtualisation. I would suggest anything with 24Gb RAM.
