Nice machine, excellent driver.a pleasure to finally see someone moving snow without the chute pointed straight up in the air.I never got that.good job my man
I live in the city and have no need for something like this but I enjoyed this video so much. If I lived in a rural area with a large driveway like this, I'd head on down to my local Kubota dealer and ask for this exact set up. I'd also grab a mower attachment to cut the grass in the summer. This small tractor with snowblower attachment appears to be the best combo I've seen before.
Here is a quick tip. If you get to the street before the plow has gone by on your side of the road, if it can be done safely, clear the street section before your entrance by about fifty feet so that when the plow comes thru, by the time it reaches your entrance, it has hardly no snow in front of it's blade, so you don't have to drive down your laneway just to clear the entrance.
I can't wait to use mine! Just bought a 2380 with the 55" commercial blower, cab and rear blade. Going to make snow removal fun as opposed to my 28" walk behind snow blower lol!
Wonderful caring, consideration for all others around that house and property. Making sure that all the snow doesn't blow to the road and his neighbors. 👋😄❤️💕😊👍Very nice snow removal equipment.
Aww man! You were looking SO COOL....and then that *massive* snow plow had to go by and dwarf your new snowblower. Bah! Still impressive for clearing that driveway quickly.
Nice work with the blower.👍I do grounds work at a nursing facility and have the bx2680 to use. Never used the blower yet but the blade works great and is quick. Has the heated cab and it's nice but a pain to install and remove. Very heavy and expensive. It seems to make the tractor a little top heavy when you hit dips or bumps. It will get to rocking back and forth if you don't take you're time. Not sure if wheel weights would help that or not.
My choice was made easy, we have a Kubota dealer in town and when something breaks or you need a part you get it now. I don't like waiting for mailorder.
I see this video is from a year ago and I'm late to the discussion - I'm guessing that the first few storms that you ran out of things to blow? I know I did back 1985 when I purchased a 1964 Bolens 12HP hydrostatic drive/lift mower with an attachable 48 in blower fro the front. I blew EVERYTHING! Though it did not throw the snow like your! Impressive! I used to enjoy it!
Personally I prefer a blade in most cases, saves ALOT of time vs a blower as you can go much faster. Unless of course it’s 2 feet deep. And the plowed barriers along the edges of the driveway block a lot of the drifting. To each his own
Yes I had a blade before this and it was faster but I had to plow my whole front yard to keep up with the backfill. I will also say you can buy a whole plowtruck for the price of just a cab which I want next.
Yep, and on the other half of my unpaved driveway I have to raise it about an inch and can't lower it until i've done about 4 snows worth and it's packed down good.
…. Здорово, однако , этот аппарат бросает снег… не каждая снегоуборочная техника способна бросать снег на такое расстояние … Тот самый случай, когда работа делается себе в удовольствие …
Over the years, with gained experience, I've learn to not turn the tractor around on the road for subsequent passes. Instead, after my first pass all the way to the road, I backup maybe 25 feet then open the second pass, I do this until the full width of the driveway is opened. Only then I use this 25 feet cleared section to turn the tractor around, then cleared the show toward the house. This way, the tractor never goes on the road, I don't have to look or wait for traffic as I am never on the road. This is also lots faster and safer. @@paulkuchnicki437 ... Another advantage of doing it this way, is that it will delay rust on your snowblower. I'm not familiar with Kubota models; But I'm guessing that the 23 is its H.P. ... ( I don't know what the 80 part means...) Sure does a great job though...
Must be an American only they wouldn't bother to clean in front of the mail boxes to make it better for the neighbours! However the Kubota tractor and blower do a great job moving snow!
Don't you worry about that, I always clear in front of the mailboxes, in front of my yard so the snowplow can't put a huge pileup in my driveway and out to my polebarn etc. Man if you had this machine you wouldn't want to get off it either.
I did get the loader, I'm going to try to load another video. This year everytime I've snowblowed it has been wet. Basically it throws it 1/3 as far and you have to go slow and lift it slightly off the ground.
I went with what the dealer recommended. I will say this. It throws the snow way better than my 13hp cub cadet with a 46" blower did and I used that for 15 years.
Wow, I did not know that. I just told my dealer to set me up with a snowblower and this is what I got. It does run just fine though. It throws snow way better than my old cub cadet 42" 14hp
@@allenr265 I am torn on the cab because of the summer heat. There is a nice cab on the internet that you can put on or take off in 20 to 30 minutes but they douibled their price in the last year alone!

Have a good time, you have a good tractor for snow removal, we can only dream of such a technique where I live, can I ask you for a little help? as a single father caring for a disabled daughter, it would be nice for me to get a little help in raising funds for a tractor, as much as I don't mind at least $ 1 and then in the piggy bank. Thank you for a nice video.
Stupid dangerous decisions to keep going out on the highway! Why the hell do you also blow across cleared areas instead of just clearing it exactly the opposite that you did? Why are you trying to throw it so far? Nice machine but you don't make much logical sense
Thanks for worrying about me. The road is just a country road and I don't usually see any cars. I used to have do as you say and blow from one side to the other but now with this Kubota it is so dam powerful I can blow it anywhere its awesome! It also has hazard lights and very bright headlights which makes me more visibile to the cars.
I usually blow it across at the street also if the blower can toss it that far and there is no drive there. Paul was kind enough to also clear the area before the driveway so the plow doesn't just push it over the driveway, I usually do that too. Also the ratio of blower rotation to engine rpm is set by kubota so I don't think it is adjustable, however I could be wrong. I have always thought the kubota's have too much power going to the blower, but that is my opinion.
I live on a back road in the township and many times will be last to have our road plowed. Always on the lookout both ways. I usually use a blade with a gx345 but I push across the road too and open up as much as possible at the edge so that they don't throw more mess in the driveway I just finished.

I don’t think he cares.more fun for him
Yes, I clear a 30' x 2 passes wide area on my side of the road, it makes the lawn turn yellow in the spring up by the road but it's worth it.
