HAHA HA, Jordache. That was the brand we all wanted when I was a teen. All of our KMarts closed. Blue Light Special "Denim". You are so creative. Will look really cute with a flannel or sweater💙
I'm so glad you liked the tutorial. I didn't make a tutorial on it yet. It is a combination of tutorials I've already done though but I'll see if I have the right pieces to do one.
It's really cute. Something like that would be great for women who liked to wear leggings and bike shorts but wanted more coverage. It would also be a good replacement for a purse or even a large day bag, it would need more secure and bigger pockets for travel.
I will wear mine over my leggings and it did kind of have an apron work sort of feel to it so I think if a person made one for painting/art or crafting it would work well. I think you are right that more pocket options are a great idea especially for travel as you mentioned but also if a person was doing yard sales, craft fairs, etc.
Funny you said Jordash is Walmart. Back in high school 1980 Jordash was an expensive brand. OOH, LA LA, JORDASH . Other expensive brands were Britantia, Levis, Calvin Klein, Guess,.My flash back to my dream wardrobe in high school, Oh we also wore Candies, and Dr Scholle wood sole saddles, now outrageous expensive
I admit my knowledge of name brand is not impressive. I know a few but most are sport brands and I can't even remember the last time I was in a shopping mall to re-educate myself.....lol...
It's cute on you. I would want mine made with a longer skirt; but, not made of denim (because, I hate the sound a long denim skirt makes when I walk in it.). Thank you for this video and lessons.
I was going through my closet and found a denim jumper that could use some up cycle 😊 so excited!
Yay! I am so excited for you. I can't believe how comfortable the one I made is. I bet yours turns out great.
I just bought a pair of overall shorts yesterday and had no idea what to do with them. :) Thanks for inspiring me.
I'm so glad I could inspire you!
Another great creation. Thanks Sherry 🥰

I had no idea Jordache was a thing...ever....lol. I'm so glad though cause I use them so much.
You have a cool way of cutting....😮
Omg Sherry ❤ so beautiful and I love the shirt you are wearing 😍 do you have a tutorial for that one by any chance ? I sure would love to see that 😊

Such a great idea. It turned out great Sherry!
Thank you!
That's really cute Sherry. I like your work so much! Thank you for showing how to do it. Kinda like pulling something from a tote again 😊
I thought about that. It is the same person as before that gave me stuff in totes as well....lol
Thanks❤❤❤
I love your denim jumper. Very nice. God bless.

No problem and I'm so glad you liked the tutorial. It would be lovely with a long skirt attached I think and that would be much simpler to do even.
I wish there were more used overalls in our thrift stores!
I find them in Australia, but they sure are too small for me!
😊great job
It can be tricky to find the right pieces some times
I really like this! You make it seem so easy.
Just one question: Is it heavy to wear?
Thank you. Its not heavy at all and I honestly didn't think I would like it but I do.
Put a pouch in front, like a long horizontal pocket..... loved the video! Did you have a good Thanksgiving?
Not a bad idea at all and yes, I had two dinners cause my kids could only come down on separate days....lol. How was yours? I hope it was a good one.
Jordache was a designer brand in the 70s and early 80s - is it a Walmart brand now? Clearly I've been out of the states a long time! LOL
I did not know that. Thank you for sharing.
Cute,
