That’s a normal coach lol most toilets are broken as people have pulled tapes off or put things down the toilet. As for WiFi that’s normal as you can’t always get signal
A solution for you I believe on this game consoles have graphics settings now I could be wrong but I’m sure I saw tin tin do a video on an update which added it in. If you want that mirror which is not working which looks at the passengers back there then go into the graohcis settings and just turn the mirror quality to the epic setting it should enable the mirror to work.
Joe really needs to remember to check mirrors before pulling off
